  Great resort

  great food, enjoyed water part with family, kids loved kids club and activities! My friend Ricardo speaking great English, and some russian for fun, overall crew is very chill! Check out mini golf and mall on the spot!

  Low season not as good

  We were in this resort 4 years ago during high season and it was much better then. The food was not good at all. First time that I've lost weight at an all inclusive. Since it was low season the evening buffet was very small and limited. The food didn't seem fresh but recycled. Junior suite swim up was awesome. The service everywhere is very dependent on how much/often you tip. Take lots of dollar bills because it was almost impossible to get change for 5s or larger bills. Or maybe they felt that tipping $2 or $3 wasn't enough. I don't know.

  Off season paradise

  We booked this trip for a family 5 in the down season and it was so satisfying. Most of the time the resort felt like quiet and calm. As the week progresses more families arrivee. Overall though we were always able to get a reservation for dinner and had a very relaxing experience. We loved the poolside service of Steven and Ronald. Helpful and kind always!!! By the end they felt more like long time friends

  Great experience first time visiting this resort. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone so welcoming and helpful including Camilo and charina.

  not recommend this resort

  This was by far one of the worst all-inclusive resort experiences we have ever had, despite having stayed at more than 10 resorts. I requested a room near the kids' pool but was told the nearby buildings were closed. The next day, I saw guests staying in those buildings. Our room also had over 10 flies and mosquitoes, and the concierge never responded to our request for help. Two sinks and the showerhead were broken, requiring late-night maintenance visits, and the sinks were still not fixed. We also had to ask twice to have an unnecessary sofa bed folded away. The outdoor furniture in our swim-up room was covered in cat hair, making it unusable. Dining was an absolute disaster. I requested dinner reservations for our entire stay upon arrival, yet we were repeatedly told restaurants were fully booked and directed to a buffet comparable to an airport lounge. We eventually had to find a restaurant ourselves and wait for a walk-in table. The worst part was my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. Despite requesting reservations from day one, we couldn't get into the steakhouse and were told to eat at the buffet or return to the same restaurant where we had lunch. We reluctantly chose the latter, only to sit outside in unbearable heat and humidity while my five-year-old daughter had sweat dripping down her face. Even the advertised balloon-twisting activity was poorly organized. Nobody showed up at the scheduled time, and staff appeared 40 minutes later. We chose this resort to celebrate an important family milestone, but instead spent our vacation dealing with poor service, maintenance problems, and disappointing dining. If we had to eat at an airport-lounge-level buffet or settle for whatever was available every night, why choose this resort in the first place? Management seriously needs to address these issues. I would not recommend this resort, especially for a special family celebration.
