Our stay @ this hotel was pleasant and efficient. The room ( partial ocean view) was very clean .The staff was professional & helpful. The location was convenient for accessing nearby amenities ( shopping mall/ stores, restaurant , buses & amazing beachfront view, Housekeeping Jackie was friendly and attentive.The overall experience was positive and offered good value. Would recommend and stay here again.

Outrigger reef felt like home
Mary, Bonnie, and Jessa did such a great job in making sure our stay was comfortable, clean, and like we were important. Excellent hospitality not just from housekeeping crew but the whole crew at outrigger reef. My best friend and I were able to walk the whole time we were here. The room and hotel was comfortable, the beds could use a little less spring, but the environment was great. Bathroom set up was perfect and clean. The hotel was clean, and I faithfully saw staff in almost every area helping or ensuring cleanliness. The overall atmosphere of outrigger was amazing. There were many tourists and locals to help. It was beautiful here. My first impression I was in awe, there were so many directions to go and things to see and staff was present to guide us. My favorite service was the customer service and how staff spoke to us as if we were familiars. I was hoping for a vending machine on our floor, but the little walk down to the lobby for ABC store was good.

Great experience for a conference and family!
Amazing experience! The A’o Cultural Center was the best part of our stay learning how to make traditional crafts along with learning a great deal about Hawaiian culture and traditions. Our room was kept immaculate by our house keeper Mary. She was amazing, friendly and ensured we were well taken care of. The beach was great with sea turtles swimming by the dock behind the hotel. Very close to restaurants and shops. Conveniently located to Pearl Harbor, Airport and windward side of the island.

Great experience
Jackie was my housekeeper and she was amazing! Great customer service! Room was always clean and she was so welcoming. Made my experience there more amazing!

Great staff
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Jackie in housekeeping was especially kind and helpful. But everyone on the property was great. And the property is beautiful.
