Jan 30, 2026Perfect time in Waikīkī
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and the view is amazing. Special thanks to Jackie who greeted us warmly every time we left or arrived on our floor (remembering both of our names by sight). Parking is understandably high but still a sticker shock.

Terrible concierge. friends bought 4 tickets to cirq de soleil auna and were grossly overcharged. when brought to the concierge's attention she woud not refund the difference. They were charged twice the price of what was advertised on a placard i the hotel room and also were not informed that there was a bogo deal on the tickets for the dates the tickets were purchased for. Totally unprofesional concierge. Do not use!!

Jan 27, 2026Disappointing Room Assignment
I reserved a club resort view room with 2 queen beds. Upon check in, there were no more rooms. Agent offered upgrade to 1 king and sofa but we NEED 2 beds. We had to accept a room with 2 queen beds facing the park. This was VERY disappointing. Housekeepers Bomi and Mary on our 3rd floor provided outstanding room service. Voyager 47 Club was enjoyable. Overall a nice variety and good food. The short ribs were excellent!

Stayed longer
Kristina and JP were just excellent to work with and made me want to stay longer, which I did! What a beautiful resort with such great staff. Carmen was also so helpful!

Wonderful Stay at Outrigger Reef Waikiki
We checked into the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort and were warmly greeted by Rick at the check-in counter. He was assisting two elderly ladies at the time, yet immediately acknowledged us and assured us he would help as soon as he was able. Rick showed incredible patience and kindness while assisting them, which truly stood out. When it was our turn, check-in and later check-out were effortless thanks to him. His welcoming smile and colorful aloha shirt were a wonderful reminder that the Hawaiian spirit is very much alive. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is clean, offers live Hawaiian music near the pool, and provided us with a perfect stay.
