Amazing service, clean, lots to do on the resort. A la cart restaurants could be improved but overall amazing experience. Looking to book again for 2026

5 star kids zone
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and one of the biggest highlights was the Kid Zone. Diana, who was working there during our visit, did a fantastic job taking care of my kids. She was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive—my children felt comfortable with her right away. Diana planned fun activities, kept the kids engaged, and made sure they were safe and happy the entire time. Thanks to her, my kids had a blast, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy our stay knowing they were in great hands. Huge thanks to Diana for going above and beyond. She really made our stay special! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Chateaubriand
5 star because of the Chateaubriand in the privilege dinner lounge. I am dying. Otherwise, a good resort and nice pools.

Experiences in Ocean hotel
Gustavo and Emi gave us the best time in this resort with their activities. Have so much fun. Thanks for all. The food in Sakura was the best, as much as the attention. Also liked a lot the piano bar with the ambience and the karaoke activities with Gustavo and the rest of the experience team.
