Sunny skies and warm, friendly staff
The rooms were nice, the bed was comfy, and the grounds were very well maintained. The beach was beautiful for the first half of the week and then the seaweed came in. They tried to clean it but the seaweed won. The lagoon has a net to keep the seaweed out so it was very pleasant to swim there. I will definitely return to this resort for the staff. They were helpful, warm and a joy to talk with. Our maid, Yokennedy, really saved us! We left our safe open and we she saw it, she took action to make sure our belongings were protected! I really appreciate her honesty and concern! Our butlers, Alexander and Dieby were outstanding! They were friendly and expertly took care of needs. Our favorite bar tenders were Hector from the lobby and Jhon from the Privilege pool. They just brought a fun energy to the day and we looked forward to seeing their bright smiles. Ana Christina from the Privilege restaurant was my Spanish coach for the week. When I told her I was learning Spanish she helped me practice daily! She was fun and a great teacher!

Nice Hotel
Just returned from a 8 night stay here my totally honest opinion is really great if you want a nice relaxing break but be prepared to tip ! as the service improves a lot. we upgraded to a swim up room and in the el besto side and it was worth every doller (they wanted 800 i said way to much and after a chat to the manager it was down to 500 } we had access to the beach restaurant for breakfast and this was amazing . we ate at 4 of the al a carte places and was fantastic apart from the Blue Moon the "romantic " one ....we ordered our dinner at 7.30 and walked out at 9 pm without even a bread roll ! the manager dragged us back in said he was sorry and brought us starter and main course at the same time !! was absolutely awful and we left and went to the buffet. the hotel is very isolated and if you want to go out its a taxi ride anywhere ! the main beach does not look like the photos and in not useable at all. the bay to the left of the hotel is very nice.

A 2 year girl almost got kidnapped from the waterpark. Thanks to security who stopped the couple.
A few points to share during a family stay ( 2 adults and a 4 year old) of a total of 9 nights. Positive: - the lobby is impressive - the lazy river is awesome - the family room upstairs is super cool with many items for various ages + adults - the pools are great - the beach is full of sea weed but to the left of the resort there is a nice area with a boom that stop the sea weed. LESS positive: - a child (a girl) of 2 years of age almost got stolen from the water park on Nov 27th by two people pretending to be a son and a mom. The resort security took care of the them in timely manner. We would advise to keep your eyes on your kids at all times just to make sure they don't get kidnapped. - This was a trip to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Guest Services forgot to send a cake to the room or to give any sign of the celebration acknowledgement on the day. No cake, no card in the room. - This is not a 5 star resort. A 4 star would be better aligned with the amenities and the overall value. - Our room is moldy. See attached a photo of my wife's cosmetics bag after 3 days sitting in the bathroom.

Wonderful Resort
We had a wonderful week. Our butler Deiby Santana was excellent! Responded quickly and efficiently. Although the resort is very nice, the cleaning of the beach area could’ve done quicker. We also had a bad experience at the Bluemoon restaurant…we waited forever for drinks, bread and our diner was cold. We were there a total of 3 hours and it wasn’t enjoyable. The place was overbooked and understaffed.
