Privilege guests can receive an exclusive evening outing to visit, dine, and experience another Ocean Hotels property (only valid within destination) for an evening of entertainment and discovery. 

The service works as follows: 

• Guests will communicate to the Privilege Concierge 24 hours prior to outing to discovery  property. 
• Visit time frame is from 6pm to 1am, includes dining, drinks, and entertainment. 
• Transportation must be covered by the guest.

    Beachside restaurant exclusively for El Beso guests, with a tropical atmosphere and Caribbean cuisine. It serves a buffet lunch during the day and an à la carte menu at night, featuring Brazilian and Peruvian specialities.

    Great time had by party of four!!

    This is my second trip to El Faro w/ friends, would go back in heart beat and the 2nd time was better than the 1st. Our Concierge "Kevin" was excellent, I saw him every day sometimes twice, he scheduled all our meals at the times we wanted and if we couldn't get in somewhere he found a spot for us somewhere else. He always had a smile while checking in. My first stay i never heard from my Concierge. We had Swim-up rooms and may i say that all staff servicing the room were always professional and extended the warmest of welcomes. Our drinks were served by Z(pool bar server & bartender), she remembered us from our January 2025 trip, what a wonderful outlook on life she has! She was always happy and smiling, we actually missed her on the days we went on excursions!! I will return!!

    Ocean El Faro

    The check in process was long and drawn out. The staff was absolutely phenomenal!! Roberto is wonderful! We had an absolutely AMAZING time!!!

    Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.

    Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring break-free environment. 

    The hotel does not accept Student Groups or Spring Breakers. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at the Hotel. A student group consists of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
