My husband and I have been travelling to this Beautiful Resort for the last 3 years and we consider it our 2nd home. All the staff have become our Family. Billy is by far the best and he made our trip one we will never forget. He went above and beyond for our 20th Anniversary. Jefferine, Kash, KittyKat, Monica, Theadore, Givar, Adrian, Candace, Roshane, Junior, Jason,Maids etc all are amazing. Food, atomsphere, drinks, entertainment are a 5 star. See you all next year xo

Best butler service
Millicent at the privilege pool deck is an amazing customer service representative for the club. She is friendly, approachable and winning our loyalty to return. She is 5 plus star and made our trip amazing! Give her your respect and love when you find her!

Jan 25, 2026Ocean Eden Bay Jamaica 🇯🇲
We just returned from 8 nights at Ocean Eden. We chose Jamaica because we have stayed at Couples in Negril, Riu in Montego Bay and Sandals in Ocho Rios. We also wanted to visit Jamaica because they rely on tourism and after the hurricane it seemed right. Montego Bay Airport is fully functioning and couldn’t be easier to navigate especially if you go Club Mobay! They met us at the gait, walked us through the entire process and sat us in their lounge with cocktails and a snack. Our transport to and from the resort was Carribean World… let me say they were the absolute best! Timely, full of island knowledge and so polite! We arrived at Ocean Eden and greeted with “Welcome Home”. We did not upgrade to Privilege so we lacked a few of the privileges we were accustomed to at other resorts. At check in we received a blue tropical cocktail and immediately greeted by the Privilege staff asking to join them for breakfast to hear the talk about joining Premium Travel- a time share. We dodged this all week. When checking in, we were told that we had been upgraded to a pool view grand level. Mind you we purchased a ground garden view King. When we arrived at the rooms, there were two double beds and a view of hedges and dirt. This did not settle well with us-like being duped. We walked back to the desk and requested what we paid for, a king bed and garden view. We were then given floor two, king bed, with a great view of the pool and an angle view of the sea. This was the best we could have asked for given the first option. My husband went to the gym most days and for a resort with adults only and family on the Coral Spring side, the gym only had two treadmills and neither worked properly. We didn’t have the best of weather as the wind blew hard all but three days. The sun was out on and off the first 4 days but then was beautiful. The beach is small compared to others and very rocky. I did have to request for a blow dryer, steamer and blankets as the ones in the room didn’t work or weren’t available. Also not enough hangers to hang all my clothes. We were told that the resort was at 50% capacity so no worries about finding pool chairs unless you wanted to be on the beach. The entertainment team was absolutely phenomenal! Kikin-Aquacise and DJ, Kyash was the most amazing dancer, comedian and sweetest, Kitty, Lee and Adrian worked hard at including the guests. Billy, I have to say he is probably one of the best we’ve seen on an entertainment team ever! Best team we’ve seen at any resort. Roxanne best bartender and I should mention Kevon- quiet, polite and humble. Odette is the sweetest pool towel lady! She loves what she does and deserves love! Now for the food! Out of all the resorts we have been, Ocean Eden is by far the best culinary experience we have had! Valentine, manager food in Ocean Eden and maybe Coral Springs, knows what he is doing! If you are a foody, you must go here for the food! Moesha in The Captains Market gets an honorable mention for her hospitality and wit. All in all this is a great resort.

Andre was brilliant! Always happy to help and sort out any problems! Great guy! Recommend him! Big shout out to Jefferine, Jesseka and all the girls and boys behind the lobby bar, great service and well looked after. Earl one of the managers, great and very helpful. Thanks Guys!!
