Great Resort! Highly recommend.
I’ve stayed at this resort twice now, and both experiences have been amazing! The food is absolutely delicious every single time, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The guest service team always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, which makes the stay even better. There are so many activities and things to do that you’re never bored whether you want to relax or try something fun. The beach is stunning and the drinks are great! Refreshing, well-made, and always on point. Overall, this resort never disappoints, and I’ll definitely keep coming back! Also the rooms are beautiful and top tier. Definitely recommend whether it’s a family, friend, or couples trip.

A Wonderful Post-Storm Stay With Excellent Service
I stayed at Ocean Coral Springs/Eden Bay for 12 days, from November 22 through December 5, shortly after Hurricane Melissa. Although not all amenities were open due to the island’s recovery, this did not take away from my stay in any way. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, check-in took less than 15 minutes, and I was shown to my room right away. My first several days were on the Ocean Coral Springs side. My room was very clean, spacious, well-stocked, with excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water, and a nice pool view from the third floor. When the Eden Bay side reopened during my visit, I transitioned over, and that room was equally clean and comfortable, also with a great pool view. Both rooms were serviced well. Food was plentiful and varied. During my stay, restaurants rotated open on different nights, which provided a nice variety. There was an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats, pastries, and desserts. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable, ranging from shows by the in-house team to outside performers including acrobatics and live music. The bowling alley, virtual reality center, family lounge, gym, children’s waterpark, and lazy river were all open throughout my stay. Fitness classes and pool activities were offered daily. Although occupancy appeared to be around 30% (as many people cancelled following the hurricane), I am very glad I did not cancel. The weather was perfect, the atmosphere remained lively, and the staff did an excellent job taking care of guests. Many staff members remembered my name throughout my stay and greeted me personally, which added a warm and personal touch. It was also a special occasion for me, and the way staff acknowledged it made the experience memorable. My room door was decorated, I received a special dessert, and they sang to me at dinner. As a solo traveler, these gestures made me feel very welcomed. I should also mention that this was my second stay at the resort — I was here three months earlier as well. While this visit was different due to the recent hurricane, I still had a wonderful time, and was impressed with how well the resort is operating and recovering. I also enjoyed spa services during my stay, including a 50-minute massage followed by hydrotherapy (sauna, hot tub, and hydro beds), which were wonderful and relaxing. Throughout my visit, I could see staff working diligently in different parts of the resort to restore areas impacted by the hurricane. More and more amenities were opening as the days progressed, and it was clear that a great deal of care and effort is being invested in the recovery. Even so, I never felt that my experience was diminished — the service, food, hospitality, and overall resort environment remained excellent. Several staff members stood out for their kindness and professionalism: Billy, Thunda, Joseph, Cici, Kitty, and Rhonda Lee from the entertainment team; Sarrah in the spa; Rojay the lifeguard; and Shevaughn at reception. Each contributed to an amazing stay. Overall, despite the resort and island being in the early stages of recovery, I had a wonderful time. Ocean Coral Springs/Eden Bay offered friendly service, good food, and a beautiful environment. I would not hesitate to return.

Great company/employee loyalty
Family of seven week of Nov 17 to 24 2025. AMAZING considering what they just went through. With assurances from Company and travel agent they were ready, willing and able to provide a high level of service we continued with our booking made last May. We spoke to several staff and were pleased to see the pride in their company and most of the employees worked through the Hurricane ensuring the safety of their guests and then pitched in after to put everything back in order for the next arrivals. Due to public concerns, occupancy was very low during our stay (approx 10%) and Eden (adult side) was still closed, however management overstaffed in support of their employees. Everyone working there was very positive and upbeat and the grounds and rooms restored to very close to pre-storm. All restaurants opened on a rotating basis due to low occupancy and there was no shortage of food and drink. I would recommend anyone considering going to Jamaica in the near future, give this Hotel strong consideration. Water slide, lazy river and pools all open, clean and sunshades up and working. If I could, i would give them a 12 out of 10 for attitude and effort.
