Williams in the family lounge is a great bartender friendly and really puts forth effort to remember you and make your time at the resort great. Gym needs some work, and rooms are not what they showed on the website. For an older resort it still a good stay, the staff was great and very helpful.

We spent a week at Ocean Blue and Sand Privilege from October 15 to October 22/2026. The experience was amazing and it was the second time in the hotel. Everything was excellent, the location, the room so nice and clean, the Lobby and the amenities were wonderful, the beach and the pools so clean. The restaurants were great and the food was amazing, delicious and with a lot of variety. All The people and the service we received from everybody was so good, so nice and kind and Timothy our Butler was so professional, kind, nice and helpful. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much 😊

Paradise
Lovely time here at Ocean blue , special shout out to Daniel working the privilege pool area. Drinks and towels were always ready for us , he couldn’t do enough for my family . Always greeted us with a smile , he made our time at this resort. Lots of food options throughout the day, always a clean room and fresh towels . Would stay here again .

Amazing pool side experience
Daniel was the most amazing pool side attendant! Even without us asking he knew what we wanted and provided!! He is a big part of why we enjoyed the pool so much! Always a friendly smile and warm welcome!

Great service-good food
From the front desk help to the staff, everyone was attentive and personable. Manuel our server did a great job and was attentive to all of our needs. We had little ones with us and he made sure they were taken care of as well. The steaks were good and the appetizers were tasty as well. We asked for ‘extras’ and there was no problem providing all we asked for. Overall, great service and good food!
