Kevin Ramos at the Italian restaurant was amazing, very professional and helpful, he made our dinner magical. The hotel is nice, pools are clean and the food quality is ok. The rooms are super spacious and renovated. We will definitely come back

First trip as a couple to Punta Cana!
Our first time in Punta Cana was amazing! It was the best vacation we have been on as a couple. The food was amazing and the resort had great amenities. Our butler Thomas was very kind, genuine, and helpful and made our trip so much better! Thank you Thomas! We can’t wait to come back!

Would return!
We stayed at Ocean Blue for our senior year spring break and it was great! Picking a good resort in the DR can be a gamble, but we’d come back to this one! Good mix of entertainment and relaxation. White beach party, evening lobby entertainment, pool side afternoon games- something to do always! The food was decent, but we didn’t come to the DR for the food anyways- all resort food can be a little questionable but much better than any other resort I’ve been to. BOOK privlege, it’s worth it for the top shelf liquor, breakfast restaurant on the beach, and the butler service. Tomas our butler was awesome! Super helpful and even decorated our room for our special occasion- request him!

Great experience 😃
We traveled to Ocean Blue & Sand Punta Cana for Spring break 2025. We stayed for 9 days and have to say it was an amazing experience. Before I continue this review I sincerely need to give a huge thank you and big shout out to Ismael Medina & Daniel De La Rosa for the most incredible service we've ever had. Our flight in arrived late at night and upon arrival at the hotel (1am local time) we started our check in. We had booked through Expedia and had taken the Junior Suite Superior Deluxe room category. When we checked in we were given the room and told by the front desk attendant that if there were any issues with our room we would need to wait until the morning before they can do anything about. We hadn't seen our room yet but this started off a little rocky. We were given the Junior suite, minus the superior deluxe piece, or so we thought. We waited until morning and were greeted over text by Ismael (turns out you get a concierge when you book with Expedia). Ismael was amazing. When we told him what had happened he worked with the front desk staff to make sure we got what we paid for and that day we were moved to our correct room category. This also saved much time lost having to fix this issue. Ismael also made all our restaurant reservations for us. Again a huge thanks to him for all his help. By the pool we were served drinks and food (lunch time) so we never had to leave the comfort of our chairs. This is where Daniel's service was incredible. He always made sure we had everything we needed, to the point where he just started brining us everything without us even asking for it. Thanks again Daniel for enhancing our experience. I hope to come back here again soon.

Mar 12, 2025The resort was beautiful and Tomas was the best Butler!
My mother and me do annual trips together and this year Ocean Blue & Sand did not disappoint. CheckIn and Privilege accommodations were perfect for the two of us. Our Butler Tomas greeted us and showed us around the Privilege exclusive areas to I use the full self service lol ge with all top shelf accompaniments. He notified us daily of meal options and activities at the resort daily during our entire stay. The foam party, parasailing, photos on beach with birds and beach from cabanas were top service. Only downside was I usually choose resorts that are adult only. But that was my oversight. The overall atmosphere, location and multiple restaurants were better than expected for all-inclusive resort. Thank you Tomas for making our stay a true Privilege experience.
