Jul 15, 2025Not impressed and did not take care of us.
We had a leak and the room smelled. Right away we noticed the wet floor and water coming up between laminate flooring and a bad smell. We reported it many times. They would send someone either to clean or give us towels. Kept telling us they would move us. It started to drip from the ceiling after the first time we showered. Continued to worsen and run down the walls. 3 days passed into our vacation before they moved us. We walked around with a wet floor and dripping water from the ceiling for 3 days of our vacation. Not impressed with the rest of the resort. Staff is not friendly. No compensation for the 3 days. Will not be back.

make sure you ask for water thy always forgot to restack the fridge. Also the restaurant food not so good but the buffet excellent also the shows not so good, Monday and Tuesday ok Wednesday, Thursday and Friday very bed

Jul 11, 2025Fantastic Vacation!!
This was our first visit to Ocean Blue & Sand and it was a great experience. We definitely had a good time. The staff are warm and friendly, food & drinks are delicious, entertainment and amenities are great. Although there are areas that need updating like the building exteriors and tile work in the privilege pool, the staff are always hard at work. We loved the Privilege facilities. The staff and amenities are exceptional. We loved the Privilege Lounge. It’s a nice perk to enjoy a cocktail & snacks with an ocean view. Lastly but definitely not the least. A huge thank you to the Privilege Pool Staff: Carlos, Reyner & Daniel….they are very courteous and hardworking young men who provide exceptional service. They truly made our vacation a great one and we will definitely be back very soon.

The only reason that I gave from five Star Ford is because the room issues that my wife and I we had when it comes to the room attendance especially customer service on that room is not really that good it took us a lot of effort to bring the attention to someone to take care of the room when it comes to change blankets and the towers also he took a lot of effort to bring to somebody attention to bring us the coffee and also the supplies that the room needs. But now when it comes to the restaurant and the food is amazing the people in the dining room are very but very attendant but I have to give a special motion a guy these guy win above and beyond his duties to care of me and my wife on breakfast and lunch just because a dinner is not work at that time his name is Manuel del Carmen alias El Oso this guy went above and beyond but the team of these diner in Ocean Blue are amazing and very but very good at the job that they doing The cleanness to start with in the kitchen is amazing and I'm telling you you could eat with the trust of the clinics on this place so highly recommend. PS I almost forgot on the pool that was a two guy that took me also his name by the way is Manuel and the lady that took care of me everybody know her la rankia I think her name is yuradi cheese are very hard worker and try to please everyone on her best of her abilities. Oh by the way the guy next to me that's the guy that we call El Oso the bear 🐻
