  What are you waiting for

  My experience at this hotel was very amazing. The atmosphere was so nice and the vibe was really great. Everything to make me feel that I’m truly on vacation. Nothing to stress me out. The employees were amazing, animation was great, especially my favorite one, Yarisa, who was extremely friendly and funny. Animation employees really know how to entertain people and hype up the vibe, from the activities on the beach in the morning around 10am, to the activities around the pools from 3:30 to 4:30pm and until the animation nights at 8:30-9:00pm. There was a lot of local people on the beach trying to sell stuff, but never too insisting. You just need to say no thanks and they go away, and if anything interests you, it will be there pleasure to show you what they have. On the resort, everything was always available on demand, even people to take care of an injury, front desk and the lifeguards were always there to help and provide with bandages. The room was spacious and super clean and comfy. The cleaning lady was really nice and smiling. Every day you come back to a super clean room. Traveling with AirTransat, getting to the hotel from the airport was super easy with the bus. At first, buying the ticket I felt it was not cheap, but since it is an all-inclusive, I swear the food, the snack court, the buffet, the bar, the drinks, the services, the activities, the animations, the overall care, everything really made the stay feel worth the price I paid. In my own opinion the music was great during the day, great choice of playlists and the noise level was just perfect. Not too loud and not too low. Even at night, I usually went to sleep after the animation at 10:30-11:00pm, and at night and in the morning it’s super quiet and we can have a good sleep. You ça even nap in your room during the day, the music from the pool is not too loud. It’s a big resort so you will walk. There are a lot of block units with rooms on the resort, some are close to the main building, and all the way to the beach, so depending on the unit where your room is, you can be far, but my unit was is the middle, so I was at equal distance from the beach and from the lobby, and I was close to the pools, so I really liked where I was located. Even if I was placed far, I would’ve been close to the beach so I would’ve not minded. Bathroom setup was well thought. There’s a lot of utilities on the premises. No matter where you are, at any pool or at the beach, you can always find a bathroom near by, you don’t need to go all the way to your room, and it’s ALWAYS super clean. Just like the hallways, common room or dining spaces, overall s-u-p-e-r clean. I just felt so good in this place, it made my trip unforgettable. Even the other people, the other tourists were amazing, the shared spaces like the lobby, hallway, dining rooms, the pools, the beach, the bar, I think everybody felt relaxed and happy about the place because everybody was so nice to each other, always smiling, making the atmosphere on site even better. I know it’s all-inclusive so we all know there will be food, but the quality of the food there and the fact that the buffet was so full and so good, I was pleasantly surprised and it added to the value of the stay. That and the animations because, I’ll say it again, animation employees were really nice. There is also a SPA nearby inside the resort that really stood out to me and is totally worth visiting. I totally recommend. I’m used to getting massages frequently and nothing compares to the massage I got in this spa. Don’t walk, RUN and find Nelson Tremblay as soon as you get there to book an appointment with one of his massage therapist. Even if it’s not included, the service is a great addition and worth every penny. Overall it was amazing and unforgettable. It was hard to go back to reality after this amazing stay, but I now feel recharged and energized to go back to work, and I know I’ll be coming back without hesitation for my next vacation.

  The most beautiful waitresses. Best resort ever. The service was out of this world! The food really good. We are loving it.

  Great staff

  Service at the Royal Bar from Samual, Enrique and Pamela was amazing. They were super friendly and accommodating. Wendy at the Royal restaurant was also above expectations. Thanks to you all

  Occidental Punta Cana – Exceptional service from Luna at the First Club Bar

  I just came back from my stay at Occidental Punta Cana and it was great to see Luna again at the First Club Bar. She really has a special way of treating guests. Every time I stopped by, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Luna has a natural talent for making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is attentive without ever being intrusive, always remembers preferences, and consistently goes above and beyond with a smile. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such dedication, kindness, and efficiency. People like Luna make a big difference during a vacation. She adds a positive, friendly energy that you don’t forget, and it truly makes staying at the hotel even better.
