Great service as always, comfortable studio, beautiful sandy beach, dive shop and dock are on the property, etc. We love Cozumel and we always come back to this hotel Occidental Cozumel.

Great experience
We had a wonderful time. It was quiet and relaxing and clean. Breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff especially meliza and Maria were very helpful. Diving is amazing.

So many improvements. If you have not stayed at Occidental In a while. It is worth checking it out again!!!
We returned to stay at Occidental and were pleasantly surprised by all of the improvements. The property was pristine. The service and the staff were above and beyond. The food quality was improved and fresh. My entire week was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a calm and relaxing vacation. Every single member of the staff was positive accommodating and always had a smile on their face.
