Beautiful Beach! AMAZING staff.
The staff at this resort is the BEST! The customer service managers are AMAZING! Dania and Roxanna are so helpful. Maderly, Anna, Evelyse, Irma, Juany in the Premium club give the BEST service. Rafael, Juana, Wandy, Joselito, Kellis and our favorite Angelina! Nilson our PIZZA man who is now in the dining room and Fagundo as well as the other dining room managers are ALWAYS so helpful! Our housekeepers also go above and beyond, Felijia and Antonia. Carmelo that sells dinners is also so nice and greets EVERYONE whether you buy or not. You feel at home here and we love it. The beach is sooooo beautiful. Ride waves ALL day. We will be back!

Service review
A lot of the employees there were there just to get a paycheck and did not care about the guest but but there were a few people that did their job with a passion one of them was Yvelise Yedone She always had a smile on and made sure I was happy with her service very nice girl and treated me and my wife with a friendly manner.

Good experience
Everything was good overall: the reception, the organization of the excursions, the variety of food and snacks, and the comfort of the bed in the room. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The only things I didn’t like were the limited number of sun loungers at the beach and the pool compared to the large number of guests, the public restroom in the lobby was not clean, and the bathroom in the room needs renovation

Very large hotel. Not really English speaking
This is a beautiful looking hotel. It’s very clean and the rooms have plenty of space and room for clothes. There is a wide choice of food and drinks. The pools are beautiful as are the grounds and the beach. There’s lots for kids too including a climbing wall and high trapeze. The main downfall for me was that I was a solo traveler and the language barrier was an issue. Not many English speaking staff or guests.

The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. The restrictions usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday, and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced:
*Motorized watersports may be banned
*Non-motorized water sports may be limited, or banned
*Alcohol consumption may be restricted (most resorts obtain a special permit which enables them to serve alcohol to nonnative persons during the ban)
*Music may be limited or silencedThese guidelines are currently vague because actual enforcement by the local government does vary greatly from one year to the next. Each year the actual policies are not published by the local authorities until just prior to Easter. These rules are designed for the safety of everyone, as beaches get extremely busy during this period.
