Living on the 27&29 storey of one of the tallest buildings in Napoli does something special - the great views, spacious rooms, baths, comfortable beds for restful sleeps, so we are ready to take on another day navigating Naples. GHA titanium benefits bumped us up to higher floors > enjoyed chocolates and daily bottled water. The request for sleep kit gave me ear plugs and pillow mist is a nice touch. Room is cleaned well daily for the 4 days we were there. While I enjoyed the spacious cupboard and bathroom, I did wish the room itself could have a bit more furnishing - there’s one chair / armchair and no other spot except the bed to sit on. The family connecting room was a practical solution for a family of 2 adults and up to 2 teens - with separate bathrooms and individual doors and a final main door so parents can sleep easy and have some private space at the same time. It was a bit pricy but it is a good solution. Liked the breakfast that featured some Napoli stew and the service at the restaurant - I forget her name - is commendable - eager to be of service. They helped us pack boxes breakfasts by 630am for our last morning so we could catch early train to catch. There are some steps at hotel entrance (no ramp) but we had help. Nearby has a wonderful basement pizzeria - very friendly service & wide range of delicious freshly made oven baked pizzas. Sole 365 supermarket is around the corner for plenty of offerings for late night snacks, drinks and bottled water. There are always taxis in front of the hotel, ask for the fixed fare. All in all, this is a classic hotel with spacious bathrooms and rooms, practical service that is the NH brand.

Overall, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
I stayed there as a guest for two days and I would like to highlight the professionalism of all the staff I met, from the reception to the breakfast restaurant. In particular, the breakfast manager showed an unconventional yet highly professional approach towards the guests.

Outstanding
Overall Outstanding Experience, special mention of Ms. Marcella, Ms. Rossella, Ms. Sara and the front Office Manager, they helped a lot in smooth check in and check out and really smiling faces made my stay an unforgettable experience

A nice stay for a business trip, friendly staff, very nice and clean bedrooms with an amazing view of Naples. The mattress was quite hard and the dinners not to my liking, but breakfasts and lunches were very tasty and varied.

Perfect hotel in Napkes
A great hotel in an ancient city! NH hotel Panorama is very nice, clean and cosy, with great personnel, especially Carmen at the reception desk. The food, the rooms, the wi-fi - perfect! The location - perfect! I do recommend it!
