Great location, moldy bathrooms

Pros: Excellent view, great location Cons: Serious mold problem in the bathroom, peeling ceiling paint, and tub did not drain.

Great location and room size

The room size was large and comfortable for two people. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center or using the ferry service to nearby islands. We will definitely return if we find ourselves in Naples again.

Very nice hotel.

The entire experience at the hotel was very good. I would like to say thank you to Rosamaria at the restaurant. Her smile and friendliness was infectious and genuine. She is very attentive to each one of her guests during breakfast.

Great views, amazing staff

I feel a strong need to share with you all that nH Napoli Panorama is without doubt my most favourite hotel in the city. The views are spectacular and the location just perfect! My stay was in particular elevated to perfection by the breakfast staff. Special thanks to Rosamaria who was next to being an elegant and exceptional server a most interesting and knowledgeable person. Her conversation with me although it lasted only a few minutes helped me immensely in organising my trip. All of the breakfast staff deserve mentioning, as I was received there most welcoming. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.
