Aug 18, 2025Nice for the price
Nice hotel, if not a little brutalist in design on the outside. On arrival we were taken to the Level lounge area to book in as we had paid the extra, staff on reception were excellent and very friendly, the serving staff overall were ok but a couple of less than helpful staff that looked like they didn't want to be there. Breakfast was ok but a bit same old as the days went on, coffee machine was a typical underwhelming experience. The level drinks were good all day and all that we needed but the snacks were disappointing as mostly sweet snacks only util 17.30 when they did a bit of tapas, bread rolls with cheese mainly with the odd meat or fish now and again. We paid £200 extra for the Level and £100 for breakfast which seems a lot but overall with the room being so well priced the price was fair for what we paid. Pool area was nice but at the weekends is packed to capacity with mainly Spanish so we couldn't get a sun bed for the first two days which was very disappointing but after that is wasn't that bad but the usual selfish guests putting towels on beds at 11am when the pool opens and not using them until later in the day! Room was great and had all you needed for a city hotel, the housekeeping staff were spot on and friendly. Location wise it was disappointing as although only a 30 min walk to the centre it was 43 degrees which was ok for me but others will need to get a tram or taxi, in hindsight I should have booked a more central hotel as the centre is lovely and this is a bit off track. All in I would recommend the hotel as it is very well priced, clean and modern with most staff great, as a group of Hotels I will be using Melia again as I have done before.

This is our second time visiting and had another fantastic time here, staff were all so friendly and helpful, special mention to Andrea on reception who is an absolute asset to the company. We stayed in a level room which I would def recommend, this gives you access to a private lounge which is very comfortable and cold drinks in fridge available at all times until 10 pm at night, this includes beers, water and wine etc and always plenty of lovely snacks and cakes to enjoy. The pool area is lovely too but can be busy, we were always able to find a sunbed thankfully. Pool bar served delicious cocktails and snacks that we enjoyed several times during our stay. Bedrooms very comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh towels. No English channels on tv, however very easy to connect to your own Netflix if you fancy a movie or series to watch. Air con could’ve been better but that was probs due to it being extremely warm outside when we stayed, 43 degrees. Location is very good and easy to access all the local attractions easily, 30 min walk or bus tram service on the doorstep of hotel and very easy and cheap to use. Breakfast was very good with plenty choice available and replenished constantly, omelette station was an added bonus. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Great Hotel
Great hotel, great bed, great pillows, great shower, great breakfast, great staff, Andrea was very helpful, all staff were polite and friendly and helpful, Great lifts. A great hotel in a great value for money city Seville,

Brilliant Hotel
What an absolutely delightful hotel. I stayed with my daughter and granddaughter. We had a very comfortable triple room The lovely Alice checked us in and from then on in every member of staff we encountered was delightful. A special mention to Eduardo and the bar staff, the pool staff, our cleaning lady and the wonderful lady in the tapas restaurant who spoilt and cuddled our granddaughter when she was upset about something. This hotel is conveniently placed, the tram opposite straight into the centre was so clean and cheap. The bus that took us to Isla Magica right outside the hotel! The big shopping centre also a bonus. It is a busy area but our room was very quiet and the beds comfy. The air conditioning a big bonus. The pool is a delight and our granddaughter loved it. We had the breakfast a couple of mornings and it was very good, the lunch menu good and we trued the tapas restaurant which was excellent. If I had any negative comment it would only be to replenish the water in the room each day but it is only a small thing! Melia Lebreros we loved you and we will be back next year!!!! Keep up the good work

Just stayed for 4 nights fab hotel , stayed in a supreme level room as we are platinum members , breakfast was great loads of choice and can order in the level , room was spacious modern and clean , dressing gowns and air con was a nice touch , Spent a lot of the time around the pool area which is so refreshing and beautiful as it was in the high 30s. staff were very helpful , friendly , easy to speak to definately will return with friends next time Mr J Pipes
