The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. There is no parking at the hotel but the public car park is next door and you can stop outside the hotel to unload. We had a level room and it was well worth the extra cost as drinks and snacks were available all day and there was also a happy hour when premium drinks and better snacks were available. Room and bathroom were nice and very clean with a view of Alhambra. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to Alhambra for our early morning slot.

Stuart and Patsy, first time in Granada
First time in Granada and well worth the journey. Fantastic things to see and do. The real pleasure of the trip was our stay in the Melia. Recently and obviously refurbished to the very highest standard. Our room afforded us the benefit of 'The Level', inclusive drinks and snacks from late afternoon to early evening in a roof top location with stunning views of 'The Alhambra'. The staff take the Melia to another level, attention and care given to their guests is tremendous, in any return to Granada, this will be our go to hotel. Thank you Melia for looking after us so well.

Great hotel in an excellent location
Great location, great service and quiet room. We opted for The Level room with acres to a lovely roof top space with Alhambra and mountain views. Very good breakfast and afternoon cocktails and tapas.

A very comfortable stay at Melia Granada
A warm welcome awaits at Meliá Granada and its well worth having access to Level 6 for views snacks and drinks. Amor made checking in very easy and is an asset to the team. Would love to go back when next visiting Seville.

Clean and friendly
We stayed here one night to visit Alhambra. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. It was clean and had good water pressure for shower. The hotel was also quiet that we could sleep better. The breakfast which was included with our room rate was pretty good too. We did not book the level room so we had to pay for drinks when we went to rooftop. We thought that was worth it to relax and see the nice view of Alhambra. We were happy with the stay.
