The stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff incredibly friendly and helpful. If you’re going to Puerto Rico this resort in Rio Grande is an absolute must!!! The rooms were large, the beds were amazing, the bathtub a dream! And of course that oceanfront view! Absolutely fell in love, cannot wait to go back!

Surprised and Delighted at Every Turn
I had an unforgettable dining experience here while enjoying a solo birthday dinner at Nori teppanyaki. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome and cared for. The chef prepared a beautiful teppanyaki performance just for me, which turned my meal into something truly special. After dinner, the entire team surprised me with a small cake and a joyful birthday song that made the evening even more memorable. Anthony checked in often to be sure I was comfortable, and chatting with Thais added warmth and fun to the night. The food was delicious, the show was entertaining, and the kindness of the staff turned what could have been a quiet meal into a celebration I’ll always treasure. A friend recommended this Hyatt restaurant, and I’m so glad I followed their advice—I’m leaving with a heart full of gratitude and a truly satisfying experience.

Amazing Hotel
Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The beach is stunning and very calm with zero waves. Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience. I was only there for a short time but I really enjoyed my experience there.

Laura is the absolute best!
Laura at the front desk was amazing! Upon arrival she noticed our reservations had been canceled. My family and I were upset and worried because we had no one else to stay. Fortunately Laura acted swiftly and recovered our reservations. After that, every time we encountered her at the desk she was always so friendly, professional and best of all always greeted us with a smile. Thank you Laura and the cleaning staff! You guys were beyond amazing! Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Nori Asian- Delicious Sushi
Nori Asian was delicious. I’m so glad we tried them, my friends and I had a Lychee martini and it was amazing. We also had a couple of sushi rolls that’s were really good. Diana, our hostess for the night, was very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
