    Great time at Prime!!

    Angelo was amazing. Very communicative. I could tell he loved serving others. Thank you prime for having someone like Angelo there.

    787 Prime

    We had the best dinner at their steakhouse Prime 787! Our server Angelo took amazing care of us, he was super attentive and made the overall experience very special. We are already looking forward to coming back to 787 prime and having Angelo again!

    Great atmosphere, incredible service, gorgeous beaches and amenities

    Incredible resort- the location and service was so amazing! Every single staff person was so friendly and helpful but our last night we had Angelo at their Prime restaurant and he created the most attentive atmosphere to accompany our last delicious meal! I have never stayed at a resort before and my bar is now incredibly high thanks to the unbeatable atmosphere, accommodation, and people like Angelo looking out for every guest and making sure they have a magical stay!

    Enjoy your pool day!

    Wvanyerly C. Was our server at the pool today. She was so fun and attentive! We are staying here at the Hyatt Grand Reserve PR. This is our second time here since August 2025. We really enjoy all the amenities they have to offer.
