Average hotel, bar staff need better training

Average, dated hotel, food edible, food and drink shortages but expected as its cuba, however my issue is with the bar staff,on many occasions people have jumped the queue at the bellini bar and pool bar when busy and they got served, that's wrong and the bar staff shouldn't allow it,also some of the bar staff at the pool and sports bar are rude and arrogant Note to hotel manager, train your staff better

    Great resort

This was our 10th trip to Memories and again treated like royalty. The food was amazing in the buffet, the Gourmet and the Italian. Didn't go to the Ranchon this time around. Chef Antonio and his staff do a great job with the presentation of his food and the taste. It was great to see Roger, Belkis, Oslay and the newest members of the buffet team Raily and Isaymi. Great service. Kareni who is everywhere in the buffet, she is great. Special thanks to Juan Miguel, Ariel, Carlo and Mailyn at the Gourmet. Great service at the Italian with Yanier and his team, great food also. Thank you to the great lobby bar staff Lacey, Yoel, Oralys, Yeniol, Yisel and Rosemary who we nicknamed mini Oralys because she is so bubbly and full of energy. What would we do without Nelso and Dickson cooking our omelets and eggs each morning, two amazing persons. We had the privilege to invite Lisa, Marcos and Yendry for a meal at the buffet and what great people they are. Special thanks to Kiki and Daniel for everthing they do for that resort, what a great team. Can't forget manager Alfredo who probably has the best staff of all the resorts that we visited in the past. Thank you also to Maylen our great maid. We will see you again for New Years eve. Hunnymoon trip

We had the ceremonial wedding and hunnymoon package, we were so pleased. The staff made us feel so welcome, champagne in our room and one the beach following our wedding. The staff provided us with breakfast in our room the day of our wedding and a special lobster dinner in a gazebo for our hunnymoon dinner. We had a hairdresser come into our room to help with Michele's hair, we had a couple's massage the day after. We had fresh flowers in our room, and on the beach we could not have been spoiled more, the evening shows were fantastic. We will be back for our anniversary. Thank you staff for making our special day to be remembered.
