Another Great Trip
We just completed another great trip to the Marriott in PVR. The upgrades to the hotel were nice, but what separates this hotel from others is the staff. From Guillermo, Hector, Ramon and the rest of the crew meeting you when arrive, to Cecil at check-in to make you feel special. Francisco, Raul, and Ramon by the pool are fantastic! I could go on and on! The hotel is truly a special place and if you are looking to relax you won’t be disappointed!

We were staying there on December 3-7th. Friends & I got 3 dinks at pool bar on Friday Dec. 5th and paid with credit card and left a tip. a few minutes later Warren Cridland (resturant & bar supervisor) along with the bartender come to us and told us for whatever reason the charge didn't go through and asked me to get my card and charge it again. So I gave them the card and they recharged the amount. The next day I saw double charges on my card for the same transaction. I meet with warren next day and he told me he will cedit me back withing 7 days. It's now been a month later, and after 6 emails back & forth there is still no credit from marriott and now warren doesn't even reply to my emails anymore. TERRIBLE cuustomer service from an incompetent supervisor. I had to call the credit card and sent them the chain emails to have the credit card to reverse the charge.

Great hotel, wonderful staff.
Our family just returned from an incredible stay at the Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing. The Highlights: * The Staff: This is truly what sets this property apart. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our family was comfortable. * The Rooms & Updates: We were very impressed with the recent updates. The rooms felt fresh, modern, and impeccably clean. The design updates throughout the property really elevate the overall atmosphere. * The Atmosphere: You can’t beat the Vallarta sun! The pool area and grounds are beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to soak up the rays. Whether you are traveling with kids or just looking for a beautiful coastal escape, I highly recommend this resort. We are already looking forward to our next visit! A few tips for your post: * Mention names: If there was a specific server, concierge, or housekeeper who stood out, adding their name to the review goes a long way with hotel management. * Add Photos: TripAdvisor reviews with photos of the room or the view get significantly more engagement. Would you like me to adjust the tone to be more "luxury-focused" or perhaps add more specific details about the food or pool?

Top notch
Visited with my family for a wedding and it was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to! This place does excellent job for weddings and I would highly recommend over anywhere else I’ve ever stayed. Aside from the wedding the place is beautiful with excellent service, comfortable rooms and friendly knowledgeable staff looking forward to returning!
