Our 3rd time at the Mejectic Miage
Our 3d time around at the Majestic Mirage Resort, my husband and I enjoy our getaway like it was our 1st, everyone was soo happy to see us return it was overwhelming. The Staff as always very attentive , the Italian restaurant was absolutely fantastic, the staff , the food, and especially the cocktails, Noemi wonderful hostess always with her smile. We would like to congratulate all the staff from the entertainment team wow such a wonderful happy team. Out thanks to our butler Rosario helped us out on a small situation we encountered , he definitely did an amazing job in all he did for us. Thank you Majectic Miage for again making our vacation a memorable stay. Till next time on trip # 4 😊

Things to improve: 1. Just after arrival we got nice cool towels then we waited at the entrance....some reception lady come to us and said "children are not allowed here" ... this is the worst experience I have ever had!!! In any hotel. We just arrived and this kind of expression??? We booked 2 weeks here. No apology no sorry no nothing...seriously? 2. We have often had issues with either room not being cleaned or mini bar not replenished. 2x a week either room is not cleaned or no fresh towels left. Mini bar similar. If not our butler Lisandro then it would be disaster here!! He keeps fixing others mistakes and make things better for us :) 3. We booked oasis breakfast and another issues here. It supposed to be from 8 to 10am and we our breakfast was served at 10am!! We had to rush and leave. What is the point to pay?? Later they refunded us so at least it was fine. 4. Pools need to be cleaned better as almost daily i can see plenty debris floating in family section. 5. Alcohol should be the same in every bar...we really like Remy Martin and it is only at lobby bars. 6.Gym overall is ok but was told to drop weights slowly as it makes noise. Seriously? The gym floor should be like in most gyms softish so it absorbs shocks. So noise was important but damaged emergency buttons on running machine is ok?there is just string hanging. Also reduce speed button do not work in many of these machines. You guys have serious health hazard there..and waiting for some accidents to happen. 7. In the seafood restaurant should be some ceiling fans - we were sweating there, not pleasant experience but food was nice. 8. There should be some fragrance in the room. We keep asking Lisandro but they should be as standard as some bad smell comes from drains. Good points: 1. Rooms are nice and big but plenty of wear and tear 2. Our butler Lisandro..GREAT!!! Helping with everything and fixing others mistakes 3. Kabuki, stakehouse, italian restaurant, and main buffet marketplace are great 4. Nice bali beds at pool 5. Great animation team, very friendly and nice, also their games included foam party 6. Good evening shows 7. Staff is friendly but need to smile more 😉

An Unforgettable Getaway! 🌴
We had the most amazing 3-night, 4-day vacation! 💕✨ There were four of us staying in two rooms, and they thoughtfully arranged our rooms right next to each other, which made everything so convenient. A huge thank-you to our wonderful butler, Rosario, who made our stay extra special from beginning to end! 🥹❤️ From helping us with restaurant reservations to checking in with us every day and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, Rosario took such great care of us. We truly felt welcomed, cared for, and pampered throughout our entire stay! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and every restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food quality was excellent, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! 🍽️✨ We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, and so much of that was thanks to Rosario and the amazing team who made us feel so special. Thank you for making our getaway so comfortable, relaxing, and memorable! 🩷 We’re already thinking about coming back for our vacation next year! If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed! 🌴☀️💕

Excellent resort, great staff, food, drinks, entertainment and very relaxing!
The Majestic Mirage is a fantastic property! It’s absolutely gorgeous, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. From the bartenders and hostesses to the waitstaff and everyone working were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to greet us like old friends. A special thank you to our butler, Rosario, a service we weren’t accustomed to having, but one that made a real difference in helping us navigate the resort. Rosario was outstanding. His attention to detail was impressive, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time on our first visit to Punta Cana! We look forward to our next trip and will be requesting both Rosario and Rosa, our housekeeper!
