This is one the BEST KEPT SECRETS in Punta Cana IMHO! The club sections had all the food and drink you needed while hanging at the pools, food portions are small ITS ALL INCLUSIVE, just order more food( duh!) everyone was friendly and they even included golf ( $45 fee) and they’ll pick you and take you door to door! Our butler took care of every thing we asked of him, we’re seriously trying to make our way back this summer! The jet tubs ports needed some attention BUT I don’t take baths so didn’t bother me at all …. One thing for certain and two things for sure ,we will be back! Oh and the check in process was SEAMLESS, we were escorted into a waiting lounge to meet our butler, given drinks and a cooling towel upon arrival and when we checked out we went to the same waiting lounge to check out… AND NO I’M NOT WEALTHY, I know how to travel , THEY treated us like we clout, I tipped well ( that how you get overall service ANYWHERE) try it sometime

My husband and I stayed September 12-17, 2024. On September 14th, we became deathly ill. Upon returning home, we went and got lab testing and it was positive for salmonella. The resort refuses to accept responsibility. They are very corrupt. Do not go here.

Vacation Elegance
Five star experience at Majestic Elegance celebrating our tenth anniversary. We were welcomed and treated extremely well by our butler Arling throughout the entire week! From a service perspective in the restaurants we were happy to be sat with Robin or Johan and Erik was great at the Club pool. So many others to name that I didn’t write down and I feel bad, I would love to call out another five or so specific people. Have visited sandals in Jamaica, Ritz Carlton, Atlantis, Etc and only point that out to say I felt the service at Elegance was as good or better than those other places. Room was large and well kept, bed was extremely comfortable.

Let me start off by saying that we would 100% return to this resort staff and grounds were great A special shout out to Dario, our concierge who was very very good , probably one of the best resorts we’ve been to with a friendliest staff. Everyone was very professional. The grounds, pool, and beach were great Restaurants and food were quite good little poor in the dessert department , staff were friendly and courteous, a bit rushed than beginning, but once we got the hang of it, meals were slow down and great Shows were Michael Jackson and the circus were very good. The only negative in the theatre is that smoking is allowed vaping and cigars were disgusting when somebody lit up 30 people would have to move because it was really really difficult to breathe. I would suggest I know smoking is allowed in the Dominican Republic, but I would ban smoking in the theatre The room is large and aesthetically very pleasing, but not very practical for seniors no place to sit they have a lounger which is very uncomfortable no table and chairs. We actually carry our table and chairs from the patio to have a place to sit, Bed is far from the wall, so cannot even sit up to watch TV and the night tables and light switches are at least 2 feet away from the side of the bed Lots of storage but hangers are so high. You have to be at least 6 feet tall to reach. No real closed in bathroom so no place to hide when somebody came to the door, but we adjusted and the room was fine but I was suggest putting in a chair system or a Comfortable sofa Overall, our stay was excellent and will recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future

Fantastic
Wow, were do i start! What a fantastic hotel. This place has the most stunning beach, The staff here are so hardworking and polite, food and drink fantastic, loads of choice, they certainly don't cut corners. Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. We visited Rivera mayo Mexico before this place, and didn't think we could top that hotel but it was loads better. We would recommend to anyone. Make sure you visit monkeyland it's amazing :)
