    Great vibez!

    Eduardo, Carlos, and Dominick hosted the cocktail class to perfection. Had a great time and learned how to make a margarita and Mai tai. S/o to them! 100% recommend

    Amazing kids club!!

    Stayed May 2025 at swim up room. Wonderful stuff: - The food is better than the average all inclusive resorts. The food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet are mostly the same daily. Mar house for dinner has some delicious seafood but service can be slow so prepare to be there for a while. Room service menu is also limited and can take up to an hour so plan ahead if that’s what you want. - Kids Club is AMAZING! The staff: Alojandra, Diana and Estrella are the best humans ever! They are so kind and patient with the young kids. Our daughter looked forward to going daily. I attached the kids club schedule for the week we were there. They planned wonderful crafts and activities. - We never had issues with finding spots on the beach or but he pool. Could be non-busy season for the resort. - The resort is clean and the staff work hard to be on top of the cleanliness. - Lots of options for pools so it didn’t feel crowded. Pool is also clean. - There’s a gift shop at the resort in case you forget anything as there’s nothing in terms of stores nearby the resort. - Drinks are good! The bar staff can pretty much make anything you ask for. To think about: - The resort is about 30-40 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. - There is seaweed and for some reason it’s the only picture/video I can’t upload. However, the hotel staff do a fantastic job of clearing it daily. - It is peak wedding seasons so expect lots of it. We didn’t feel like it ruined our vacation at all. The evening can get a bit loud if your room is near the area of reception but it’s tolerable. Tips: - Use their website to book reservations to restaurants. Ask for the QR code so you can access the right one. You can also use it to request housekeeping or items you need for your stay. - The “do not disturb” sign is on the inside of the door. If it’s red, it means do not disturb. Wave your hand over it to activate or inactivate it. - We loved the “magic box” where housekeeping/ room service can leave items there so they don’t have to bother you.

    Great experience

    Great experience at Majestic Elegance. Chris was our butler and went above and beyond for us. Miguel was the bartender at the tiki bar on the beach. He very friendly, funny and made the best drinks/shots. The ocean/beach was beautiful and our plunge pool was very relaxing. Will definitely be making a trip back!

    Wonderful Week at Majestic!

    We have had a wonderful week here at Majestic! Highly recommend for multi generational families or small ones, like ours. Our 9 year old daughter had so much fun with the Kids Club crew - Alondra and Azul. They were amazing with the kids and they did so many crafts and activities, that not only was she entertained, but she has lovely mementos to take home and remember our trip. THANK YOU Alondra and Azul!!! Shout out to Faustino as well as the whole entertainment team and Ana from Love Vows photography! We thoroughly enjoyed the shows in the evening and there is a ton of variety for all. Also wanted to thank Karla from guest services for her follow up. We are consider a return trip for Christmas. Thank you all the wonderful staff including the countless grounds crew, food service and housekeeping staff. You all work so hard, thank you!!

    paradise with good food, drinks, views and service

    OMG. This place is 100000000% the one. From the delicious food (Our favs were the steakhouse and mexican restaurant.) The (best buffet was Flavors!) To the Service (Our butler was Sergio and he made the experience 10x better than we could have ever imagined our honeymoon to be!) To the room (gorgeous - get the swim up suite JUST do it! Request to be in building 4 to be by the action!) Literally everything was perfect. Sergio set us up with a cute honeymoon banner and a nice romantic beach dinner that was so yummy and we had great service there as well. The entertainment was great from luchadores wrestling to Mexican night and mariachi to even two foam parties while we were there! There are endless things to do at this resort. They even have a sports bar which was a really great time for us while we were there. Last thing I'll say from check in to check out everyone was great. P.s. The spa might be a lil pricey but if you are on your honeymoon you WILL NOT regret it. it's so beautiful and you can get a couples massage for about 320 USD. I can't speak for the kids side of things but coming for a honeymoon spot is a 10/10 and we will def be back <3
