    A really nice hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Rooms are well furnished and the hotel restaurant and bar is well worth a visit. Overall very much recommend.

    A Memorable Stay in London

    We had a fantastic stay at London Marriott Kensington. Staff was very friendly and professional. A shout out to Diana at the reception, Kadi at the concierge, Charlie in the restaurant and lovely gentleman at the omelette station. Their positive attitude and courteous service truly stood out. Housekeeping staff was very efficient as well. Location is superb, close to lots of the attractions. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel!

    Avoid at all costs

    Bang average hotel that downgrades Marriot Bonvoy members. In the app it showed I’d been upgraded to a suite with executive lounge access. Then I showed up and they downgraded me to a small and rather drab room. All the staff and manager then lied about both the app being faulty, and that they were fully sold out (which wasn’t true given the dozen of rooms available on sale). The staff are rude and condescending. The hotel itself is very tired, on a busy main road, and probably the worst Marriott I’ve stayed in.

    Great hotel - Perfect location

    First and foremost, Krutika was amazing! She provided 1st class service to a lot of customers scattered across the lobby, with a smile. She is a person that makes a hotel go from good to great. The hotel was nice, location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and professional.

    Perfectly OK Hotel

    This is a perfectly OK hotel. My room was clean and comfortable but a little dark. I was at the back of the property and looked over the rooves of adjoining properties, but the window was not really large enough to let in much light. The location is good, close to Natural History Museum and V&A. Easy walk to Earls Court Underground which is on the Picadilly and District lines. Queensway on the Central line is also close in the other direction. Sainsbury's across the road. The service was generally good. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The concierge was unnecessarily abrupt with us at one point. If he was having a bad day, he shouldn't let the customers know. The only complaint I had was that twice I put the privacy card on my bedroom door and twice the maid came in and made up the room. The second time they left the air conditioning on full blast and the window open. Also the refrigerator was not cold. The light came on but it was always at room temperature.
