Great Hotel but needs to be Vigilant
Was here in 2024 and 2023 . Great Hotel Lovely staff and friendly . My no 1 hotel for safety and a secure nites sleep . I will be very honest . I stopped going to Spain travelling from Ireland some years ago because the bad name English tourists were getting late nite drinking brawls etc and decided America is my next venture Orlando knowing and hoping we’d be free but sadly I see Sapphire Falls has open its doors and I hope they know what their letting themselves in for . I’ve already seen a few of their negative reviews expect more . This is a great hotel run by great American people .

Spotless hotel, with the most amazing smell.
Absolutely lovely hotel. From the staff, the restaurants, pool, everything we loved. The kids loved the water taxi to Universal, it was so easy. 5 minute walk to Volcano Bay. We were lucky with our room the view was incredible. Sometimes it really is the little things, when coming back from a long day at the parks, the doors open and it hits you, that smell, arrrhhhhh you instantly relax. The hotel was spotless too, everywhere!. We loved this hotel so much we have booked again. We cant wait to come back!

GREAT FOOD! DIRTY LOBBY.
We came here with my family and friends to have dinner at Strong Water Tavern. The hotel is beautiful, tons of natural light coming in which we loved, created a very relaxing environment. The food at the restaurant was amazing (except one of the desserts we had). I ordered a goat stew (sorry, forgot the name) with coconut rice, my wife ordered the ceviche. We ordered a Tres Leches (humongous size!!!) and a churro cake. The churro dessert was BURNT. When I tried to cut it a huge chunk just went flying to the table next to us. We returned it. The tres leches was phenomenal. Christopher, our server, is absolute TOP! What a gentleman. I went all by his recommendation (he didn’t recommend the churro) and I enjoyed everything. What we found a bit yuck was the couches. They are in HUGE need of attention. Do managers walk their areas? Don’t they notice these? It’s crazy! The restrooms in the lobby were filthy too. Housekeeping needs to be more present in their areas for sure, especially the head of the departments. These are simple fix that make a biiiig difference.

Beautiful hotel
We have recently returned from a 16 night trip and this was our first time as a family staying onsite at a universal hotel and Lowes Safire falls did not disappoint. Check in was friendly and very smooth considering we arrived late. The room we had was a standard room which was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need. Around the pool was beautiful and the staff were very friendly . The pool was very safe and was open till 11pm which my kids loved. We ate at strong water tavern a few times and the food was lovely. My eldest child has an eating disorder and staff bent over backwards to provide him with something he will eat. Fresh coffee was priced well and they had a big variety of food available throughout the day and till evening. The closeness to the park was amazing we loved the water taxis and they were all very friendly. We also walked a few times which took under 10 mins. Thank you Lowes Safire falls .

Great stay!
We have just returned from a 16 night stay at Saffire Falls, such a lovely hotel with pleasant and attentive staff. An ideal location to access the Universal Parks and particularly liked being able to use the boats - so nice and relaxing. We also loved the pool - nice and big and very well lifeguarded. An all around great holiday.
