We had my sister in law’s 50th bday celebration. Our butler, Yrani, was amazing and created a magical experience. The food at the restaurants was great.

Live Aqua stay
Came with Family and friends, the beach and the resort was beautiful! Yohamgel and the rest of the staff were awesome, Marielis, Hamel, Yaleisy and Angela. All the restaurants and buffet were nice as well. We stopped to see Rosa in the coffee shop, she was very nice and helped us start the day off right.

The service here was amazing here. The employees were all so very nice and made the experience fantastic. The food was ok at most of the restaurants and nothing really too exciting - we honestly got the best food at the bars or coffee shop Wonderpool , Cool Fever and Compton St.

We are currently at the hotel (6205) and we cannot honestly say this is a 5 star experience. We have been to many chains (Barcelo, Valentin, Secrets, JOIA, Bahia) and this one seems to be a weakest one so far. The food is really good, we enjoy the entertainment, but the service has been a hit and miss. The rooms really need some touch ups, the mini bar is not restocked daily, cleaning is sub par, whenever we order drinks there is always mix up and we have to wait so that they fix whatever they messed up (like adding sugar almost every time when we specifically state that we don’t want sugar in our drinks). There are so many little things (like complete lack of service in some parts of the beach) that just make our stay not very enjoyable. I don’t think we will be coming back and we cannot refer this resort to our friends in the future. This is sad, because we really wanted to give Fiesta Americana a chance…
