Don't be deceived by the single door on the street, the whole hotel opens up as you enter. The rooms were well appointed with a mini kitchenette but unlikely to use it with so many super cafes around. The beds were very comfy and everything was super clean. Delightful little courtyards that were pleasant to sit in even in January. We will book again soon.

Hidden gem
There is nothing negative to say about the property. Location was excellent. Rooms were both comfy and clean. Lovely courtyards. Only didn't have breakfast here as wanted to try cafes around.

Jan 04, 2026Good for a short stay
If you’re after a very basic brief stay in Paris, this is a great option. We were family of four (two tweens) and stayed for two nights in January. We had a junior suite which is one big room, with a small kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bath. The large bed was a super king with bunks for the kids. The top bunk was VERY creaky, but we put the mattress on the floor which solved the problem! The decor is very dated, but the room and bathroom was really clean, with no unnecessary (and never washed) comforters or cushions. The shower was brilliant (no issues with water as per other reviews). Transport links are very good with a number of metro lines and the RER within easy reach. You’re in the Marais in about 15 minutes and at Gare du Nord in 25. Breakfast isn’t great (coffee is awful) but it sets you up enough to get you going in the morning so is worth it. Staff are friendly and efficient. All in all, if you’re looking for a great value stay that connects you well to the main sights of Paris, this is a good option.

Slept well & very clean
We had a very relaxing stay in this hotel. Slept very well and the suite was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend this place and we would stay again.

This is a hotel that is competent and clean but has little character. Rooms are well equipped and have everything you need, but only with the limited spaciousness that you should expect in Paris. It’s quite a surprise to find a pleasant hotel in three buildings between.streets in this part of Paris, but it was sufficient, including the buffet continental breakfast.
