May 14, 2025This Hotel is in a Very Good 😊 Location
First of all this hotel 🏨 is in a very good location. Second the rooms are very nice 😊. Third they have two restaurants. Fourth they have a good breakfast 🥞 buffet. Fifth the people who work at the hotel 🏨 speak good English. Lastly, the people who work at this hotel 🏨 are very nice 👍.

May 04, 2025Very good hotel near Arc de Triomphe
We stayed at the Meridien Etoile for 9 days and were very happy with our room, the delicious breakfast buffets, the service and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in the 17th Arrondissement within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe, Champs- Elyssees , Musee Marmottan, very close to the Metro station and to a number of very good restaurants. The 17th is an upscale residential area with fewer tourists than other areas and very safe to walk in.

Amazing location
The hotel is close to few metro stations, walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, and many other tourist spots. Double room came with two-single sized bed side by side, it would have been nice if there was more space between. The bed was very comfortable, and all the staff were nice. Bathroom was equipped with Malin + Goetz products that were very nice. There is a coffee shop on the lobby for quick coffee and pastries, but there is also a breakfast buffet restaurant.

May 02, 2025Inadequate Paris Hotel
The Le Méridien Paris Arc De Triomphe was a major disappointment for our 2-night stay. While the staff we interacted with were consistently pleasant and polite, and the location met our expectations, these positives were overshadowed by significant issues that made our stay frustrating. We were grateful to be upgraded to a suite through our annual Bonvoy Suite Awards, but the suite itself was poorly designed and difficult to use. Rather than a true suite, it merely consisted of two connecting rooms—one converted into a living area with a sofa, table, and chairs. Each room had its own bathroom and HVAC unit. However, the key card system, which is supposed to regulate electricity when rooms are unoccupied, was broken in the room without the bed. As a result, we couldn’t keep the power on, meaning the AC wouldn’t work and the lights wouldn’t stay on. I reported the issue upon arrival, and the front desk assured me maintenance would fix it, but the attempt was unsuccessful. Eventually, I resorted to taping the key holder to the wall, which only worked long enough for me to take a shower with the lights on. In addition to the suite’s operational flaws, the bathroom attached to the bedroom was missing shower gel and shampoo upon our arrival—the containers weren’t even installed on the wall. After calling for assistance, full containers were delivered and installed. To make matters worse, the 2 bottled waters in our room had been previously consumed, as evidenced by broken seals, and only 1/2 full. Then we even found a half-empty bottle of juice left behind in the refrigerator by a previous guest. The breakfast experience was chaotic. The dining area was messy, with dirty tables everywhere, and the food selection was subpar. Many items were not replenished promptly, leaving guests waiting for restocks. The staff appeared to be working hard, but the overwhelming crowd made it impossible for them to keep up with demand. Overall, I would not stay at Le Méridien Paris again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Nice Hotel
I stayed at this hotel last November. It was conveniently located near a subway station (Neuilly Porte Maillot) lots of restaurants. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable as was the bathroom. There is a small jazz club on the premises. My only complaint is that the on-site restaurant is way past the lobby in the back and not easy to find.
