Amazing beaches and water sports!!
We loved our 10 days at Las Brisas- could have stayed for 14 easily- which is a lot for us at an all inclusive! We paid for the.Brisas Beach Club which we enjoyed a lot! Our room- 4327 was okay- nothing special and seemed smaller than a junior suite that I had stayed in there 10 years ago! The al a carte restaurants could be a better. The Mexican restaurant has a lovely view but the food was terrible and the servers seemed very disinterested in their customers. The Kasbah had a nice kind staff but the food was not great. The belly dancer was good! The seafood restaurant was quite good - especially the shrimp broth for lunch- we ate that every day! We enjoyed the Solarium the best- great salads and mains were quite good. The buffet had too many foods cooked in sauces which were not appetizing. As part of the Brisas Beach club we did love the breakfasts with the specially coffees and loved the Happy Hours each day!! And Nogelli was so sweet and smiling all the time! The facility needs better pickleball Raquets- we borrowed some which were wooden and all splintered and chipped but I guess we need to pack our own! This property is HUGE and lovely and the beaches are AMAZING!!

Amazing vacation!
Although this resort is showing its age, the grounds, beaches and cleanliness is above expectations. You come here for the nature and the amazing staff. I would definitely return and happily recommend this resort. Just to note, there are a lot of stairs that may be difficult for those with mobility issues. However, the resort has transportation carts available and we’re never much of a wait.

Beautiful Las Brisas
Just returned from our 7 time to Las Brisas. As usual we had a fabulous time. From playing tennis on the beautiful courts to snorkelling our stay was great. Thanks to Paco, tennis pro, who makes the clinics so much fun. Staff are exceptionally good and you leave the resort feeling pampered right down to getting drinks on the beach. Las Brisas is heaven on earth and, yes, we will be back next year!!

Fabulous vacation spot
We loved the snorkeling right at our own beach! We took a snorkeling excursion and, with exception of seeing whales, we saw the same fish at the resort. Lots of stairs but we feel more in shape than when we left home! The shuttles were easily accessible for when we didn't feel like walking. Food and service were terrific. We'll go back.

Hire an English-speaking front desk!
We are more than midway through our vacation as I write this. Staying in room 4221. The food is just okay. Lots of it and lots of booze and nightly "entertainment." The place is very clean. Transportation is good. The guys doing the transporting are very friendly. The front desk however is an absolute nightmare. This is a primarily English speaking resort. Not one of the women at the front desk understands anything we say. The reservation was messed upon arrival. After traveling for 14 hours we find our 2 queen size beds are actually 1 king size bed. This is a problem since my fiancee snores. Well too bad for us! We were told it would take a few days to get a room with 2 beds. One did come up but it was in a basement and half the size of our room so we said no thanks. Just asked about a room with 2 beds again after yet another sleepless night. The woman at the front desk stared at us, looked at the computer and walked away like she was checking on something. This is not the first time for the "walk away." Just infuriating and disappointing.
