    Nice hotel

    It's a nice hotel, check in staff could have been more helpful in helping to resolve resrvation mixup issues. Eventually was resolved thanks to the reservations manager a day later but kudos to him for going above and beyond and saving the situation

    Maravillosa! Perfect getaway to Cabo

    We had the most delightful three night getaway to the JW Marriott in Cabo! Karla and the team welcomed us so warmly and the amazing service continued from there. Everyone was friendly and prompt and helpful. Real service with a smile. We had no problem getting chairs where we wanted them, which is a rarity for a resort like this, especially at a peak time. (we were there right before Thanksgiving.). Towels were always abundant. The room rooms were lovely. The food was consistently good at all of the restaurants we especially liked Barhumo. Shout out to amazing bar service from Errick and table service from Jesus Eduardo. The gym was great. And the spa divine. And the prices were quite reasonable compared to other five star resorts in the area. Proximity to airport and San Jose del Cabo convenient. Overall, we had the best time and we will definitely go back. The only thing I would note is that the room has many many adjoining rooms and yet both we and our friends were unable to secure them for our kids, despite having asked in advance. For both of our reservations, they actually jar assigned the kids in different buildings! So if you are hoping for adjoining rooms, I would suggest you call and email and make sure that they have your preference well in advance because it seems that once the rooms are assigned, they are not really able to move things around.

    Amazing from start to finish

    I wish I could give this hotel a even higher review! It was amazing from the time I stepped on the property to when I left. The property is absolutely gorgeous! It has something for everyone, kids zone, adult pool, quiet space to relax. I can’t recommend this property enough. You won’t be disappointed

    Hotel needs some work!

    I was so excited to be staying at the JW Marriott in Los Cabos with my friend for a 5-night stay. Unfortunately, the hotel was not up to par. Tiles were missing all over the pool. We would walk through the pool to the swim-up bar, and we were stepping on broken tiles! UGH! We had to ring maintenance to come and fix the light in the closet, because the light would stay on when you closed the doors. It worked for one night, then the light came on again. We just gave up. The toilet plumbing was not great (had to flush several times). The food at the Sushi bar was terrible! So expensive and really, really bad! We chatted with a few guests while we were at the pool, and they said the same thing. One man was there for a meeting, and he said the food they served was awful. The drinks at the bar were ridiculously expensive. One day by the pool, we were not drinking alcohol, but we wanted ice for our water. We kept asking for ice, and nobody would bring us a glass of ice! This was October, so not the high tourist dates. I was expecting so much from this top tier property.
