    Amazing week at the JW Cancun!

    We’ve stayed at JW Marriott Cancun four years in a row, and while there are countless beautiful properties in Cancun and around the world, we choose this one because of the people. The consistency of the staff and the genuine, thoughtful service make it feel like coming home. I want to especially recognize Manuel at Bravio. He remembers our family, anticipates what our kids will eat, and always takes the extra step to make meals easy and enjoyable (parents understand how big that is!). His attention, kindness, and professionalism elevate every stay. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic visit, and please acknowledge Manuel for the exemplary hospitality that keeps us returning year after year.

    Best hotel on the Cancun strip

    Great hotel on the Cancun strip. I have stayed several times and I have a wonderful time. The staff is very professional and courteous. I stayed in the Caribbean Suite with my mother. Plenty of space. Room includes a half bath as well plus an additional large master bathroom. There is double pull out couch and two private balconies with ocean views. The poolside cabanas are an additional luxury. There is a cost but well worth the cost. Multiple pools. Delicious restaurants including Gustinos. The breakfast buffet at Bravio is delicious with many options. Definitely will return again.

    Swim at the JW

    Julio R is a fantastic server and we highly recommend spending time at the pool area and bar. The staff is amazing and it added to our amazing day.

    Not a happy Titanium member

    As a titanium member I am very use to Marriott customer service and how the JW is "usually" above the rest. But this one is the exception. Horrible treatment during check in especially from the apparent supervisor Nabil Castaneda. Front desk manager that I just talk to about broken water pipes was horrible. Pool staff and maintenance team are great like you'd expect at a JW Over all I would avoid this JW as we are not even sure if it is safe. #marriott #bonvoy
