Still good as ever!
We returned mid September after 10 nights and being our second time, we had a fantastic time and came back very relaxed. Aurelia dealt with our room upgrade to a suite before we arrived and we had a very smooth check in. Our room as lovely and the only issues we had was that our safe didn't work, could have done with more storage space for clothes, air con wasn't as cold as before and the water from the shower leaked out and over the bathroom floor which was difficult with 2 young ones to ensure they didn't slip over. My mum's room did not come with a kettle which for the price, should have been included. The food was lovely and lots of variety, was a treat to have Moet champagne at breakfast and Oysters which my husband enjoyed however, we did find the restaurant did feel a bit hot at times. Having lunch overlooking the sea or pool and the healthy corner and food truck went down a treat with our 2 boys. Chocolate fountain, delicious cakes and ice cream in the buffet was a big hit. We celebrated my birthday and our 10th wedding anniversary whilst there and Sheila and Liliana went above and beyond to make it special. We had a specially decorated table with champagne and a cake on my birthday in the buffet restaurant. Enjoyed a couples massage and the most beautiful dinner in Gusto restaurant for our anniversary with champagne and a lovely note from everyone. The pools, kids pool/bubble and beach are really good and kept us entertained most days. Yes, they can feel cold at first but once you are in, they are lovely and refreshing. The entertainment at the pool was really good and just enough and not overpowering, you are not pestered by the entertainment staff. Foam party, circus acts, inflatable water slides, aqua gym/zumba, water carpet, dance acts etc. We noticed lots of people reserving sunbeds and not coming to use them until late afternoon, would be good if the staff can control this more. The sea is lovely and warm, shallow and clear which is great for kids. You do have to pay to use the sunbeds however we just laid our towels on the sand. You can also rent cabanas on the green hill along from the beach restaurant which was 30 euros a day. The entertainment is really good and a variety of activities to get involved in. The entertainment staff work so hard all day long and are always so happy and polite, they really deserve a massive pat on the back. We even bumped into Roger who was part of the entertainment team back in 2018 when we were there for the first time and he remembered us even though he does not work there anymore, it really made our day. The location is great as you are not far from Alcudia or Port Pollenca but can have a nice walk outside as there are shops across the road from the hotel which you can get supplies, gifts etc however, can work out a bit pricey. We didn't get chance to go to Numa Beach Bar down the road but it's meant to be brilliant. The airport is around 45 minutes by taxi. Thank you to all the staff, they are all so friendly and polite, always say hello 'Ola' when you walk past. We miss it so much already will be back again!

Good but could be better.
I visited with my husband. The location is fabulous as the hotel is right on the beach. The reception staff and porter were welcoming . The room was okay but there isn’t much storage space. The shower head was rusty ! The toiletries were very nice. The room and the floors inside and outside of the hotel around the pools could be a lot cleaner. The children’s splash pool floor and the bouncy slide definitely needed a good clean as they were green ! The outdoor pools were TOO cold to use. The positive things were the lack of plastic bottles ( water dispensers are available so bring your own bottle ) the friendly staff and the food buffet . The wristband which opens the room door is very convenient. The entertainment is good and I particularly liked Moondance. All in all it’s a good hotel but improvements could be made.

Great Hotel! It has been a nice week
Carlos makes great meat! Great buffet. The rooms are poorly soundproof (especially in the Morning it can be annoying). But below our room was the delivery so it is probably calmer at other rooms. I Like The Shows they are doing every day at the Pool but on one day it took about 2 Hours which was annoying since I was planning to read a book
