Apr 13, 2025Amazing hotel to stay at, really recommend.
Food: Selection and quality of food was amazing every day. Really enjoyed the variety available. The freshly cooked meats were served by really friendly staff. Entertainment: Every night there was a quiz followed by either a live music event or an artistic performance. There were prizes to be won and the staff were very good with the children. There was entertainment all through out the day for both adults and children. Rooms: We stayed in the triple room and were comfy. Shower was very nice and the mirrors were very useful 😂. The TV took a bit to work out and we found that the radio stations were the best option. Area: The hotel is in a very beautiful area within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The outdoor pool is nice but slightly cold 🥶. Facilities: Both pools were clean and popular. The bar was well staffed and there are plenty of seating area indoor and outdoor. The playground was popular with the children. Overall, the hotel is amazing for all ages and everyone was happy and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Iberostar Cristina
Stunning hotel travelled with my daughter on the 7th of April 2025 and upon arrival the reception team was very professional friendly and helpful. The dining had delicious food really enjoyed the desserts. Room superb and cleaned during our stay which was very nice. 5minute walk to so many market places a local bus to fan one of the biggest shopping mall which is not to far and the reception was very kind in giving us a map which made it easier. I would like to say a massive thank you to Luca and his team Kyra and Marianna we really enjoyed Pilates aerobics and aqua gym. His team was very professional and happy to help which made our stay more enjoyable. I would recommend friends and family and it’s a 5 star hotel for us . Hope to visit again next year.

Great hotel, good location, superb kitchen, excellent pool and recreational areas.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great food. Cozy pool area with plants and flowers. Perfect for families. We visited the hotel in April, the weather was really nice, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool area (even though it was not heated). The hotel restaurant has a broad variety of dishes, which changes every evening, but there is always something for the kids, and a healthy option as well.

Enjoydable Stay
Stayed here for four nights on an all inclusive basis. Room: pleased with our room. Chose a pool view room which was well worth the extra. Very clean, quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning could have been more effective but reported this. .Food: every meal had great choice including freshly cooked meat and fish of your choice, theme nights and food constantly replenished, certainly something for most palates and children were catered for. Staff: all members of staff were very welcoming. On entering for dinner, we were cordially greeted and given a complimentary aperatif. Throughout the day staff very pleasant from the waiters, bar staff and cleaners. All areas of the hotel were kept very clean. Entertainment: we participated in a few of the activities during the day, staff being enthusitic and welcoming however, the evening entertainment, in our opinion, wasn't as good as it could have been ; sometimes there weren't enough seats in the area. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the different seating areas around the hotel. Limited All Inclusive: This wasn't really a problem for us and of course this system is the same in all the hotels that offer all inclusive in certain areas of Majorca. The allowance,(as I understand it) is three drinks - wine, prosecco or beer with lunch and three at dinner. Other alcoholic drinks can be purchased but all soft drinks and hot drinks are included. We would have preferred to have had 6 vouchers and choose when to have our alcoholic drinks. Wrist bands were worn, the colour determine what type of board you have chosen. These bands also unlock your door. It's good to know how eco friendly this hotel is too. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and shops. Buses are very close to the hotel and the reception staff were extremely helpful with suggestions and maps. We would recomment this hotel and will re visit when we next visit Palma.

Best experience
Great stay at Iberostar Cristina, quiet and peaceful, family friendly. Delicious food, clean and tidy room, lots of activities for adults and children. FANTASTIC ANIMATION TEAM, special thank you to Patrick & Julia ;) highly recommended
