3rd time back at Sábila! Everything was perfect again.. check in was effortless and made to feel so welcomed. Staff at check in really looked after us and are great at what they do. To all the staff we thank you! Although we only had a brief interaction I have to highlight cherin, who was a great help arranging a later check out for us We hope to be back for our fourth stay in the near future. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful December Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Selection Sabila Hotel. This was our second visit and once again it did not disappoint. We were celebrating both my birthday and our engagement, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. From a beautifully decorated breakfast table with petals and Prosecco to a surprise cake and a cheerful birthday song, every detail made the celebration unforgettable. A huge shout-out to Aldair at the front desk, who was an absolute standout from start to finish. He was incredibly accommodating—arranging petals and wine in our room for the occasion and even showing us some available room options for our next stay in June. Aldair is a wonderfully kind man and genuinely a great asset to your team. The newly introduced sunbed booking system is a welcome addition. It can feel a bit confusing at first, especially after visiting last year when it wasn’t in place, but once it fully settles in I’m sure it will make a big difference. Carmela, the pool attendant, deserves special mention as well. She is lovely, very knowledgeable, and helped us reserve four sunbeds together on multiple days. I highly recommend visiting her at the towel station if you need assistance. The overall standard of the hotel once again lived up to our expectations—spotlessly clean with thoughtful extra touches throughout. We especially loved the poolside entertainment and the beautiful Christmas decorations. If you’re looking for a lovely hotel with amazing staff and a prime location, I highly recommend booking this one. See you in June 2026!! Lauren and Pete

Great hotel in Tenerife
This hotel was great. The buffet food and service were fantastic. I enjoyed a massage from Noel which was really relaxing. The only downside was that the English channels on the TV didn’t work.

Absolutely Outstanding – A Perfect Stay at Iberostar Selection Sábila
We spent four nights at Iberostar Selection Sábila in early December 2026, staying in a very nice sea view room on a bed and breakfast basis, and it genuinely exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The hotel is immaculate throughout; everything from the lobby to the rooms and pool areas is kept to an incredibly high standard. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with fantastic views that made every morning feel great. The staff are what truly set this hotel apart. Everyone we encountered was sincere, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth added so much to our stay. Breakfast each morning was superb, with a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality food. It was a perfect way to start the day. The pool area and surrounding spaces were really well thought out for a busy hotel, offering plenty of comfort and everything you could possibly need close at hand. It’s a smart, modern and well-maintained space that made it easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. Overall, Iberostar Selection Sábila delivered an outstanding experience in every way. We left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended.

Perfect Hotel in Costa Adeje
Currently on our final day of our stay here. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel and the service and facilities have been top class on each of our stays. All areas of the hotel are kept very clean and tidy. Each team member we interacted with were all brilliant, so friendly and come across genuinely pleased to be able to assist. As an IHG Diamond member all the associated benefits were recognised by the hotel. We landed in Tenerife airport at 10am and by 11am we were laying by the pool enjoying the sun. checkin team sourced us an available room for early checking which was fantastic. The facilities are all lovely with 3 great pools to chose from when your Star Prestige - our favourite pool being the newest one which is located above the main pool bar - excellent furnishings with sea views from your comfy lounger. The bar team were happy to serve our lunch to the sunbeds at this pool each day which was perfect. Keep up the great work team Sabilia and see you again in 2026.
