Can’t fault this hotel, have been many times and hope to come again. 5 stars are well deserved, the way in which you are looked after, nothing is too much trouble and the fact that we see familiar faces year after year tells you everything. Thank you to the staff for another lovely break.

First Stay At Sablia Costa Adeje
Sabila Iberostar… Thank you for the warm welcome from Magali and Alexis - trainee, great personalities and friendliness made our arrival so pleasant. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests. Fantastic hotel and we are exited for our stay here and will definitely be back to an amazing setup. 👏👏👏 Keep up the great work..

The rooms were lovely, cleaning, staff and overall hotel was excellent apart from a rude old man on reception. We arrived late afternoon and we told we needed to book a sunbed on the app for our fist of 6 days . When we went onto the app all the sun beds for our first full day were booked. we went to Reception and was told by a very rude shout older man that we needed to speak to someone the next day at 10:45 am, I explained that we had only 6 full days and we like go down to the pool to relax early to read before breakfast i was told that was this didn’t matter and would not get a sunbed until at least 11 am . My honest opinion the hotel is amazing food is amazing staff are so friendly and professional the only thing that puts me off booking again is the sun bed app.

The best hotel we have ever used
This hotel has the wow factor. From walking through the door to check in we received excellent service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool area is exceptionally clean and the pool attendant’s are so helpful. The hotel uses an app for booking sun beds and this eliminates all the usual stress of finding a bed in the morning. We stayed half board and the choice and quality of the food is exceptional. So many choices and presented beautifully. Before we checked out we were able to book a shower room (actually a bedroom) at no extra cost. This is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in on a holiday.
