    Very good

    Shanna Kaye was very friendly, meet our needs and she made it possible for my hubby. He was celebrate his birthday. She make sure we were getting all that was needed. Very Friendly and made it Possible what we requested.we ate at the Greek restaurant, and it was amazing. The lamp was very good. Thank you Shanna Kaye we appricate for service.

    Great location but issues with service

    We went as a large family group for a big reunion. We were disappointed with the level of service. Despite it being an all inclusive there was an expectation that a tip would be paid for everything, including omelettes at breakfast. Service was slow and at times we were faced with outright rudeness.

    We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Sélection Suites and Joia Rose Hall Montego Bay Jamaica! Nice choice of restaurants and a very welcoming staff. Great place to be!

    .DISAPPPONTED return guest. Run away from Iberostar, Not worht the aggravation. This makes me so sad to share,k for Ibe

    Horrific experience. We stayed here and the sister properties for 8 years. This time we were held against our will, rooked on the resort creidt, over chareged, given food with our allergens, disliked the sub average entertainment, found the front desk uninformed, cold and detached. We had a pre set quote and it was raised by $2000 upo arrival, we were gieven a $400 resort credit, told how to us it. Followed directions to the letter and upon check out was charged the $400 and held against out will on the property until we paid the $400. We wrote onthe invoicec we declined to pay and would ot sign. They signed a name on a copy of the receipt and submitted it to my credit card company. They committed fraud. It is hear breaking, this was our beloved place to travel to and stay.

    My favorite resort in Jamaica

    We have been visiting Iberostar Rosehall since 2021 and the politeness of the staff,the food,the whole ambiance of the resort is just beautiful.There are many choices in the buffet so if you don’t like something then you have many other options and there are tons of entertainment and a night club. The rooms are very spacious and have closets and drawers you can store your close.There is a safe to store your personal item.Bathroom has standing shower and a tub which is convenient. There is a kids club for kids ages 4-12 and a teen club for 13-17. My daughter loves star camp and the manager Rebecca and her team take really great care of them.They are like a second parent while you’re on vacation.lol I just love the team and how warm and nurturing they are with the kids. Book this resort and if your kids are age appropriate take them to star camp.The ladies are awesome and would take really great care of your kids.
