Check-in Policy: Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy: Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
General Information: Room taxes are included in the vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group. If you know in advance of making any bookings that your group will exceed 8 rooms, please reach out to ALGV for assistance.

Memorable Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Playa de Muro Village. Beautiful Hotel, perfectly located with an incredibly friendly staff from managers to gardeners. Fantastic selection of food with a variety of workshops on a daily basis. We already cannot wait to come back next year. Thanks to all the team for making our stay memorable.

PERFECTO !
Just returned from a 15 night stay - (2nd time we've been) and once again, had a throughly good time. The staff are fantastic and everything is spotless and for us they delivered on every aspect of our holiday. The food choice is endless and really fresh and with. direct access to the beach it is a fantastic location. It would be un-fair to pick out any staff amongst others since they were all so friendly and professional so thank you all very much.

2K Euro for Nothing
Very disappointed by the hotel's management, whose absolutely inadequate handling of the situation made me feel as if they were running a casino roulette rather than a reputable hotel. I booked a hotel through Hotels.com, expecting a luxury stay based on the website's images and the high price of nearly €1,000 per night. The booking was made around 2 pm local time for arrival that same evening. Upon arriving at the hotel, the room provided was not as advertised—it had a view of the parking lot and street fence, and offered limited sunlight. In an effort to resolve the issue, I offered to exchange our two-night stay for a one-night stay with an upgrade, and we were prepared to pay nearly €2,000 for less than 24 hours. The hotel management refused this proposal, and no satisfactory alternative was provided. As a result, we left the hotel without using any services and had to book alternative accommodation at an additional cost of £750, plus extra travel time. It's important to note that the rooms had been held reserved for just several hours, and the hotel had other rooms unoccupied. Therefore, our reservation didn't lead to any costs or expenses for the hotel at all. Both Hotels.com and the hotel have refused to return the money paid for the booking. I believe they should understand that this transaction was not a gamble where I lost a bet; it was a straightforward exchange of money for services that were not provided as promised.

Beautiful hotel and amazing food. Staff is friendly, hotel is very clean and again the food 🫶🏽 Andres and Pepe are amazing with a good energy. Also coctails are very cool. We are glad that we came and for sure we comin back. Thank you Iberostar.

Fabulous
We have just returned from a week at this wonderful family hotel along with our 2 grandsons age 6 and 4 . Not only is it very clean , there was everything you could wish for and more to keep our young grandsons happy from morning until night , in a great safe and friendly environment . We opted for the all inclusive option and the food and drink was all of high standard . But the biggest asset of this hotel is the remarkable hard working staff who all go above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble and all done with a smile !!! Thank you to each and everyone of you , you made a wonderful holiday perfect !!!
