Leave room for dessert! We also have a kid’s menu.

    Brilliant location and outstanding service

    Wonderful venue right on the beautiful playa de muro beach. The perfect size of hotel, not too big, yet everything you could want or need. All the staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly. We made good use of the excellent gym facilities and enjoyed lovely walks along the beach. The pool area is also very nice. We were bed and breakfast only, but the breakfast offerings were superb. Location excellent, with many local restaurants close by as well as a short taxi ride to Old Alcudia Town for more variety of food and shops. We highly recommend this hotel.

    Strictest Hotel Ever!

    I never leave reviews but felt I needed to. It’s a nice/ok hotel for a family break BUT I’ve never stayed anywhere where there are so many rules! You are not allowed to sit on the edge of the pool and enjoy a drink (even though they only serve drinks in plastic cups!) one day we were allowed to eat our lunch in the outdoor bar but the next day the rules had changed and we asked to move. They tell some guests in the outdoor lunch buffet that they need to put a top on to eat and for others it’s ok to just wear a bikini top. If you vape you are not allowed to vape anywhere - even outside you have to leave the hotel. You need to be up early to reserve a sunbed and half of the sunbeds around the pool are under massive trees so don’t get the sun until late afternoon. Food very repetitive. As we stayed at the end of the season the main buffet wasn’t open for breakfast or lunch so we only had the option of the outdoor small restaurant which just served the same small variety of food. The restaurant staff didn’t do anything to prevent wasps swarming on the meats left out on the buffet. Wouldn’t return I’m afraid.

    Amazing family hotel but disappointing room

    We stayed here half board with our 1-year-old and had an amazing holiday. The food is outstanding, with lots of different choices every night. The beach and sea are right on your doorstep, clean, and one of the best. The hotel is very good for children—there’s a great splash park for younger kids, which we found very useful. We also appreciated that there was no major race for sunbeds in the morning, which is always a bonus. The evening entertainment is geared toward children, with shows such as Frozen and Moana, which our little girl loved. However, we were a bit disappointed that there was no classic evening mini disco. Instead, there’s a mini disco in the children’s pool at 5:15 pm, but it wasn’t quite the same, and only a handful of kids joined in. The evening entertainment is ok but not brilliant so we would recommend an evening trip by bus to Alcudia Port or Alcudia Old Town—both are lovely and worth a wander. There’s always plenty for children to do during the day, including a fantastic foam party that was great fun. We loved our daily walk to MURO Beach Club which is an incredible bar and restaurant just 5 mins walk away. Perfect setting for an afternoon drink. It’s brilliant that there are filtered water refill stations dotted around the hotel, which is perfect during the day. However, we were surprised to be charged for water if we ordered it in the restaurant, which seemed bizarre. The only downside for us was the size of our room, which was extremely tiny. With the cot in place, there was barely room to get out of bed on one side, and nowhere to store our suitcases. We also had to store milk for our child in the reception fridge, as there wasn’t a proper fridge in the room, and there was no kettle, tea, or coffee. Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

    Greed is not always good

    The greed is not always good. My wife and son had to stay home for a couple of days. The property was booked for HB for all 3 of us. Asked if they can treat me with a FB/all inclusive while they are not here- a strong and unconditional denial. They may be technically right (even though we have not used the 4 meals we paid for) but the approach and attitude were astonishingly upsetting. I mean, I will of course survive, but this attitude is really upsetting. Good luck to the hotel. And - greed is not always good.
