Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group. If you know in advance of making any bookings that your group will exceed 8 rooms, please reach out to ALGV for assistance.

I stayed here in September 2024. Rooms were clean and comfortable Additionally, Soraye, your Guest Services representative is outstanding! She followed up on her touring suggestions and was attentive and thorough. I'd stay again for sure.

Overall a disappointing stay. We were promised a city view room, and we were given a backyard pool-facing one - crane construction on the left. When complained the girl at the front desk said she would discuss the matter with the service staff and see if another room was available We were told no other rooms were available, and the customer relations staff were never told of the matter. In addition, the towels and sheets were torn, worn, and frayed. The location is good and the hotel is fine, but the service sucked! We would recommend another hotel that honors their guests.

Sep 19, 2024IBEROSTAR SELECTION LISBOA IS A MODERN & CLEAN HOTEL
Iberostar Selection Lisboa is a modern hotel in a nice area of Lisbon walking distance to many of the city’s sights and attractions. Mind you, it could be a fairly long walk but very doable for most people who are used to walking in a city. Of course, you could easily Uber or taxi your way to the destination of your choosing. Our room was clean and suited us fine. I did notice some stains on the carpeting in the room and hallways but the hotel seems to do its best to keep the hotel clean overall. Our room was cleaned daily by the maid service and they did a fine job. In my opinion, the carpeting should be removed all together and replaced with hard flooring which would eliminate the noticeable stains. However, we are easy going travelers and walked with our slippers on when we were in the room. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of varieties of foods to choose from and a station where they prepared eggs the way you requested. We only had breakfast at the hotel. The pools were nice but we didn’t use them. The front desk and everyone we came across throughout our stay were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lisbon and I would consider staying there again if I ever have the opportunity to return to this beautiful city.

Nicest Staff
My husband brought me here for my birthday and I can honestly say every single staff member are the nicest people you will meet. I had a massage in the spa and it was amazing and so relaxing. The pool area is so chilled out. All around just a very welcoming and friendly experience. We would travel a lot and I have never come across a nicer staff. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the air conditioning in the rooms. But very minor complaint.

Solo Trip to Lisbon (4nights at Iberostar Selection Lisboa)
I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom area was modern and split between the toilet (and bidet) and the shower room. Plenty of storage space (maybe could have more hangers), A safe and mini fridge were accessible for no extra charge. Room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. I had the continental breakfast included which was great had all the standard options as expected and was always fresh. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun loungers, lifeguard gives towels out at 10am when the pool opens, drink/snack service provided so you don’t have to go into the lunch area to eat. The gym and spa areas are small. Therefore you have to book spa, and be lucky with the gym. As I went as it was way too busy to do anything. For this size hotel I would expect a larger exercise room. Location of the hotel is fine, 5 min walk to nearest train, 2 mins walk to bus stops. I walked to most sights in Lisbon City, which the main square is about 30/35 mins walk away. Like all of Lisbon be prepared to walk lots and up hills
