Could not access my room! Terrible service.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived at 00:50, but when I tried to enter my room, it was locked. The staff at reception was unable to open it either, which was especially frustrating since my belongings, including important medication, were inside. After an hour, I was assigned a different room, but 20 minutes later, the receptionist called to inform me that the original room had been unlocked. By the time I finally got into bed, it was around 02:20. This delay ruined my next day, as I had other plans that I had to rearrange because I was so exhausted. I had to take an unplanned nap. When I asked for a late checkout to make up for the lost time, I was offered only two additional hours, which was not nearly enough given the situation, especially since I had other plans at that time. They did not offer any alternative solutions to compensate for the inconvenience. On top of that, I had to explain my issue to every staff member I encountered, as there was no communication between them about my situation. And she also told me every room was booked in the hotel which I really doubt in that big hotel. Overall, the service was terrible, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I will not be staying here again and will be sure to share my experience with others. This hotel did not meet expectations, and this should never happen in a five star hotels. P.S the picture is the hotel staff trying to unlock my door in the middle of the night.

Nice modern hotel. Welcomed with a glass of Cava - always a good start. Rooms and bathrooms great. Breakfast good … and staff all friendly. You can order a fresh omelette or whatever. Saraya, the Guest Relations Manager, is fantastic and full of useful info. Only negative is you have to pay to access the indoor pool - you only get one hour per trip free. In the summer that wouldn’t matter but in the winter it would be nice to have free access to the indoor pool. We would definitely return.

Nice hotel for a city break
Booked a city break with British Airways and selected this hotel. Not in the city centre but a pleasant fifteen minute walk away. Basic but with a comfortble and spacious room. Breakfast was included and there was a fine selection each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great Italian restuarant not more than 100 yards from the hotel where we ate twice.

quality service and rooms
Great customer service at every turn... I booked an oceanview king room. There was no ocean view, but other than that-- I was very pleased with the unit. The toiletries were quality. The bathroom are perfectly designed-- water will not go everywhere and there is privacy... The breakfast is top-notch with options for nearly every diet.

Minor Inconveniences
5 to 10 minutes walk from metro station, going uphill on cobbled stones pavement. It is a modern style hotel at the north end of the tourist attractions. My room is facing the main street with residential buildings across. The room is of good size. The glass shower of limited privacy without a door is in the middle of the room, which cleverly save a lot of space. The shampoo/conditioner and shower gal are far away from the shower head. The handheld shower was not working and was fixed after 2 days. The light in the shower went off after a while. The toilet paper easily droped off from the holder which is a simple rod. The water spout at the washing basin is too short. There are 2 USBs and 1 US socket (see photo). There are 2 swimming pools, 1 inside and 1 outside. Basic spa facilities are free. Service is very good but some receptionists speak limited English. Price was a bit expensive.
