Absolutely stunning hotel thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 3 with a 5 year old. The hotel is huge and very secure, right by the beach and close to plenty of bars restaurants and shops. There is so much to do with plenty of activities for the kids. The pools are great it's a perfect mix of relaxation and play. The element that sets this place apart from places I've stayed previous is the staff they work incredibly hard and are so friendly and helpful, 1 staff member in particular "Jhon" has gone above and beyond for my family and he is a real credit to the hotel we will miss him but hope to see him next year when we return.

Perfect Holiday
This hotel is just fabulous. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were lovely and delivered chocolates and extra towels every day. The pool area was superb albeit the sun beds were a little too close together but there was always sun beds available throughout the day. We chose the part of the hotel where there were two outdoor pools, one freshwater slightly heated and a deeper saltwater one ideal for swimming. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely but special mention must go to the staff at the pool bar who were some of the smiliest, happiest crew we have come across - nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast selection was excellent but we didn’t use any of the restaurants for dinner as we like to experience different places to eat, and there are many quality restaurants throughout the resort. We will definitely return

Relaxing atmosphere 🥰
We are on our last day and we are so sorry to be going home! We have loved everything about this hotel, the service from all members of staff was exceptional. The buffet was the best we’ve experienced anywhere. Hotel room was cleaned everyday and was immaculately done. We will definitely be returning in March 25! Shout out to these guys on the pictures below… they looked after us all day and night, couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you so much🙏

Excellent hotel, for either solo or family visits.
I have visited this hotel five times this year and cannot fault the place. Late September was very quiet so it meant that nobody needed to ‘reserve’ their sun loungers this time - although generally there nearly are always some spare when required. The reception staff are so welcoming and friendly and one is made to feel at ease. As a solo traveller, one doesn’t feel quite ‘alone’ here - there were several visitors obviously alone in the restaurant. A small issue in the restaurant - I have mentioned it several times - when one finds a table, there is nothing to signify that it is then occupied. One can go to find food and sometimes find you have lost your table. On two occasions the ultra-efficient waiters have actually cleared my table whilst I have been absent. Surely, something placed on the table to signify it is occupied would be easy to instigate? Otherwise, 10 out of 10 for location, rooms, cleanliness and comfort.
