Excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Toile. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Bedroom was nice, comfortable and well appointed. All the staff from check in to check out were really good. The hotel is near to a tram stop and train / Metro station making out easily accessible. The Window bar on the 34th floor has great views over Paris and is well worth a visit.

For business or for pleasure, the Hyatt Regency Etoile will shine for you!
Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Etoile couldn't have gone much better. The staff is absolutely superb, and everyone we encountered tried hard to ensure our meeting was a success. The friendliness and efficiency of the team is unmatched in my experience. I've coordinated dozens of meetings in France over the years, and while they have generally gone well, the Hyatt staff really went above and beyond to make our program successful. The technical displays in the "Lab" rooms were perfect for smaller meetings. The buffets were well prepared and delicious, with enough variety that our guests really didn't seem to mind the similarity of menus. The Buffet Breakfast was extensive and well presented. For such a large hotel, everything ran like clockwork. True, the rooms are petite, but they are well designed, and have been modernized since Hyatt took over. Internet was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were small but quite efficient. The location makes getting in from CDG as painless as possible. Being on two RER lines as well as the Yellow Line 1 Metro, you can get to most business and tourist destinations without difficulty. The hotel is also an excellent value, as long as there isn't a major congress going on next door at the Palais de Congres.

There was no urgency in handling my account privacy information and reservation mix up. World of Hyatt and Hyatt Regency Etoile had to be contacted multiple times to remedy. The response was dismissive although I was clearly distressed the hotel kept assigning my room to another member in error. This was eventually resolved merely days before the stay after multiple contacts from me. And no acknowledgement of the issue when arrived in property. This was an unfortunate first experience and I will not recommend to family and friends.

Good Value with Great Breakfast
I was impressed from check-in as the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was average but clean, which was perfectly fine. The only downside was the bathroom light—it was broken and kept blinking. I informed reception and was told someone would come to fix it, but when I returned to the room, the issue remained. The breakfast was amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, it was a good experience and great value for the price.

NYE room with a view
Spent the NYE in a room with a view of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Saw the fireworks at the comfort and warmth of our room. Definitely a memorable experience.
