Rubbish hotel. Don’t bother. It’s long way out of town. Reception said ‘hello give us £50 deposit now’ Tried to rip us off saying we owed for breakfast . We had already payed in full. Tv kept coming on in middle of night. Put stupid ‘service charges on everything’ Room not ready at 3pm. Had to wait. (Any later the room cleaner could tucked us in). Won’t go back bunch of clowns.

A bit removed from the centre of town but a very decent hotel. A special mention to Matt(hew) who was there cooking up our breakfast: a great professional with an unparalleled human touch.

No deposit returned and no communication about it
It’s been over two weeks from my stay and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I have contacted the hotel over a week ago and have not received a response. I haven’t received any communications from the hotel regarding the deposit.

Came to Manchester for a short break and more than pleased with this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfy! We arrived late and the security were friendly helpful, the reception were also friendly and professional.

Clean, well kept
I stay in Manchester quite often and tried this hotel on a whim. Best decision i’ve made. I stay here on every visit now. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean, tidy and comfortable. Good location with good parking. Price is up there, however it is a nice tidy and very well kept place. No noise during the night, or the day even!
