We came to this resort as a last minute family Thanksgiving trip only because Lost Pines in Austin was booked. The property and decorations were beautiful, but everything else is abysmal. The service was poor, the rooms were outdated, the pool isn't heated in the winter, all activities are extra and we were charged for everything under the sun.

Hot tubs did not work One was cold the other cool at best. Both were murky water / dirty Mattresses need replacing. Uncomfortable at best p

You have to choose this hotel
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My room was cozy, exceptionally clean, and very spacious. Despite the ongoing conference, my room remained quiet and peaceful. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, from the housekeeping and front desk staff to the food service team. I especially appreciated the beautiful natural surroundings, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The variety of amenities, including several bars, restaurants, gift shops, and a coffee shop made this hotel a true one-stop destination. I highly recommend it.

My stay was great!
I had a great experience celebrating my brother’s wedding. The entire staff was fantastic especially Jacob and Angel at the front desk and Arash at the valet stand was quick and so nice to work with. I’ll definitely be here again.
