We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Tower in Barcelona. It’s not far from the main city and the tram is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient. This hotel has excellent and friendly service, comfortable accommodations and serves a delicious breakfast everyday. The staff and breakfast crew at the Azimut restaurant really made our stay feel like home. It’s wonderful being greeted everyday by name and with a warm smile. We stayed 6 nights, so we got to know some of the staff. Gerard welcomed us our first day and was pretty much a liaison to the hotel most of our stay. Carmen who waited on us for breakfast knew our coffees & juice orders by heart by the second day. Breakfast did not disappoint- buffet was always fresh & warm and the menu was just as great. Their breakfast is highly recommended! And Maria the concierge gave us great advice and booked a 4 hour private tour of the city- which we highly recommend too. We plan on coming back to Barcelona and we would happily come back to the Hyatt Tower.

Alex with room service at Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower was very helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

Amazing family hotel
Family room is absolutely amazing, to have two completely separate rooms and bathrooms. My kids loved the twin beds, as this was the first European hotel where they didn't have to share a bed/couch with each other. Welcome acknowledgement of Globalist status with candy for the kids was a great touch. Regency Club was completely empty for breakfast.

Good stay and kind staff
Mr. Alex was the nicest! He brought me my food and even when we only had a very small interaction but he was so kind and professional.
