Alba was served us our drinks and tapas. She was great at her job and got our drinks made to perfection. Very nice and personable. She’s very good at her job and cares about everyone s comfort.

Axis Lounge Hyatt Regency BCN
Stopped in for early evening refreshment! Sunset today 7:30ish! Having glass of Spanish Cava Rose in the lounge with Carla singing. Wonderful time with our server ALBA!! Ask for her when you stop in. She is very friendly with great customer service. Check out the tapas menu! ALBA can help with your order!!

We (hubby, baby and myself) didn’t expect much as it’s only one night for transit but met a very nice and enthusiastic young female staff in the club. She’s an intern from Kenya, making the traditional and delicious sangria with passion, who curating the sangria with heart and big smiles! Shes super friendly and is open to share here secret formula! Even it’s just an airport-close-by stay, she makes you’re so welcome and reminding you in Barcelona! ❤️ gracias!

Great location near the airport and subway into city.
The location of this hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel staff very friendly, great breakfast buffets, and the best part of breakfast for me the coffee machine to make my lattes, and Americana coffee. A bonus for us the red line subway is a few minutes away from the hotel easy to find. The location is: red line stop: Hospital de Bellvitge. If you get off at stop: Placa de Catalunya this takes you right in the heart of the city. Once you exit the subway the Red hop off/on bus stop:12 is located here. 2 lines red line and green line to see the city highlights. Getting here from the hotel was very easy a straight line the red line. For those wanting to catch a subway from the airport that’s available as well. Next door to the hotel is a supermarket that has everything you may need from fruits, bakery items, cold cuts, snacks, and everything you would need from a grocery store. We enjoyed the hotel and easy access to the subway. City buses are close to the hotel which we did not use.

Excellent as everything went even beyond our expectations...!
The service was excellent.. Staff are very supportive, super breakfast and the rooms wit a city view are wonderful 👌...
