Meet/greet on our arrival was simply perfect, reception staff, caring all the aspects regarding our arrival, and departure afterwards, Room service was very competent and on time, also the restaurant service (buffet and dinners) were very well attended Restaurant staff assisted us and other guests in a brilliant manner... so will see you all again next march 2026, warmest regards, and congrats for such a nice team attending the hotel ¡¡¡

Amazing stay!
Absolutely amazing stay, extremely beautiful hotel with amazing customer service. Everything is clean and excellent amenities close to the metro and all must see activities.

Great Value For Decency
Had a quick weekend trip to Madrid with family and got their junior suite with sofa bed to house 3. Hotel is at an ideal location for shoppers and there is alot happening around the area till late. Room was clean and neat, with attractive modern decoration. Staff was cordial and attentive. As usual for branded hotels all toilet amenities were ready. The sofa bed can sleep a regular height adult/teen ok, and windows were able shut out most of the sound/noise from the streets. Semi buffet breakfast provided loads of western style food to choose from and it was hard to resist ordering several hot dishes to try them out, which were all delicious. Would be nice to spend another time there when we visit Madrid again.

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Madrid was absolutely outstanding and truly elevated our time in the city. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and warm, personalized service, all in a fantastic central location that makes exploring Madrid effortless. The rooms were beautifully designed—stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean—with every detail thoughtfully considered. From check-in to check-out, the staff consistently made us feel welcomed and well cared for. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, who were exceptional. Breakfasts were delicious and relaxed, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to make each meal enjoyable. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. Above all, Marco at the concierge desk deserves particular recognition. Marco went above and beyond in every sense—offering spot-on recommendations, securing reservations we wouldn’t have managed on our own, and always greeting us with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. His local knowledge and attention to detail transformed our trip from a great stay into a memorable experience. He is a true asset to the hotel. Hyatt Centric Madrid sets a high standard for hospitality, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the city. A flawless experience from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jan 10, 2026Poor Service, Rude Staff, Waste of Money, Time
We reserved here so yo just have a comfortable time in a familiar hotel chain. As we entered to check in, there was long wait as they had phones down and told everyone that it will not be back in 3 days. Each time we needed something, had to come down to the front even for water in the middle of night. Cleaning crew was rude. Room service gave poor food that made us feel sick. Informed the manage Yaiza who gave card and said she will take care of these issues BUT never did. Then I Went especially to the front and talked to another manager Cristina to reserve a table at their restaurant any for birthday, she showed so much enthusiasm, gave her card and showed concern for poor food service at the room. She confirmed that our reservation was for 8pm. We as family went to the restaurant and turned out there was NO table reserved for us. Later I talked to the front and informed about this poor behavior but they did not care. I gave internal review and informed about all these poor services and experiences, but they just gave some points, keeping it to their business and not caring about the customer. They had NO regret/Remorse for their repeated poor services though I kept my calm and asked them very gently each time at the hotel and afterwards. Altogether there are too many better hotels right around and one must not waste there money and time for a 5 star hotel rate here to receive 1 star service.
