XCARET Mexico was amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Our concierge Karina, made everything so easy. Elena Christopher and Rebecca were amazing helping us with any big or small questions or doubts. I 100% believe that a place can not be more beautiful if it weren't for their employees. These 4 people here made our trip a total success!!!! Hands down, best employees ever. Muchas Gracias Karina, Rebecca, Christopher, Elena. 🙏

The service is terrible. They hate tourists. They refused me with transportation because our boarding pass was from a day earlier. I was stuck at the airport and had to pay for the private car even though they had empty shuttles going out. They were rude and showed a terrible attitude. Don’t go to this hotel, it is better to find another destination. They put my family at risk by refusing us a safe option to transport. Just terrible.

Best Rooftop Pool Experience
We stayed at Casa Fuego and had a wonderful time! The rooftop pool at Casa Fuego is incredible with beautiful ocean views, fantastic drinks, and wonderful staff. Daniel Pat took care of us every day, remembering our drink orders and always refreshing our beverages sometimes without even needing to ask. He always made sure our every need was met with a smile on his face. We hope to come back and see him again!

Alberto perez and Brayan sevilla and all the costumer service people are amazing , well assisted very kind 10/10 , super super duper nice hotel , arrived and got help right away , would come again recommend using ur little gold coins here !!Id definitely come again

Not worth the hype. Staff is constantly trying to hook you on a time share. It is not a real vacation
**Avoid this hotel at all costs.** This resort is a deceptive façade designed to exploit guests for profit. The staff provides misleading information to push upgrades, timeshare sales, and exclusive reservations for restaurants that mysteriously remain unavailable. Promises made by the hotel are consistently broken. Even when restaurants appear half-empty, guests are told there's no room—likely to pressure them into paying extra for upgraded access to amenities and dining. The relentless upselling and lack of transparency make for an incredibly frustrating experience. Don't fall for it. They also steal money. The hotel wrongfully charged us 10 times the price of the upgrade they originally offered. We clarified the amount with the receptionist, Gina, 5 times and Gina said that $300 was the right amount. Then proceeded to charge $3,000 instead. When we noticed the wring charge Gina was no where to be seen and the hotel did not refund the money because they said it was our fault for misunderstanding. They did not provide anything in writing so it was their word against ours and they kept our money. Then agreed to refund only 75% and kept the rest. Xcaret’s service and management is not equivalent to their so called 5 diamond category. They are shady and scammers.
