- COSEXA
Apapachoa Restaurant has been our 100% plant-based, vegan culinary concept. Over time, the spirit of “apapachar” (to nurture, comfort, and care for someone in a warm and meaningful way) expanded beyond the restaurant, giving rise to the Apapaxoa Gastrocultural Festival, which over the past two years has consolidated itself as a distinctive brand within the Xcaret universe.
To honor this natural evolution and maintain clarity between the two experiences, we have decided to rename the restaurant.
Apapachoa Restaurant will now operate under the name Cosexa, a concept that reflects its essence in a more authentic and independent way, evoking its origin, land, and the intention to cultivate experiences that connect well-being, flavor, and culinary creativity.
This change strengthens the restaurant’s identity and allows both Cosexa and the Apapaxoa Festival to continue growing with purpose, authenticity, and consistency within the Xcaret ecosystem.
