Great stay at Hotel Terra for our conference. Cozy and nice staff. Seemed to do well for our meeting purposes, but also great location for restaurants, coffee shops and some shopping. Also amazing hiking trails.

Location: In close proximity to the Teton National Park. Room: We had a multiple bedroom suite. This hotel has obviously been here quite a while. And it shows. Holes in the back of doors. Unfinished, cut marble edges in the kitchenette, motion lights that don’t work properly, walls that are seemingly unfinished and have been sloppily painted, paint chipping from surfaces and doors. Disappointing to say the least. Cleanliness: Dust everywhere. Mold beginning to show in the showers. Dishwasher had undrained sitting water in the bottom of it. Value: For an OFF season stay . . . Absolutely not worth $3,000 for a weekend (2 nights). And for that price point they utilize flat sheets on the mattress not fitted sheets. Noise Level: The Italian restaurant (lower left in the photo) hosts bridal parties, etc. They will not monitor the noise levels despite the known fact that guests are literally trying to sleep 10 feet above the venue. Despite closing at 9:00 PM . . . They will allow a party to “party on loudly”. They don’t care about the comfort of one guest vs. the satisfaction of an entire party. If you are on that side of the building, ask to be moved to the other side or you could find yourself seriously lacking sleep during your stay (not exactly a vacation is it)? Logistics: There is one guest elevator for the entire building. Entrance: The auto drive up (covered) in the photo is severely undersized for the number of guests that can be accommodated on this property. A single vehicle . . . That’s it. Other: When we checked in, we were not offered valet parking . . . We had to ask. We were not offered valet . . We had to ask. Management: The attitude is either laid back or disinterested. We are going to return to the area, but not to this hotel.

Fourth Stay, going on 5.
We enjoy Hotel Terra. This was our 4th stay. The rooms are pleasant, and we enjoy the fire pits outside and the restaurant. The concierge has always been helpful in booking excursions, in both Fall and Winter.

VERY Accomodating!
We were in Jackson Hole for a wedding and had originally booked a different hotel nearby. We were not happy with the accommodations, so I walked into Hotel Terra and asked if they had a room available immediately. The very friendly manager personally showed me 2 available options. We chose the efficiency (w/Murphy bed) that had a balcony looking over the back courtyard. We were so happy that we made the switch!

Perfect for elopement stay
Great experience staying for our elopement trip! The staff at the front desk and the spa was very kind and helpful and the restaurant was delicious.
