My visit was comfortable and relaxing where I would go again the view is beautiful i would sure tell my friends about it

Great Location and Clean
This was my second stay at the RIU Plaza Panama, and once again, it did not disappoint. The buffet breakfast offered plentiful choices, the room was clean-- I recommend the executive room for more room. Location is close to the Cintas Costera, eateries, Canal, Albrook Mall and train hub. Just take a short Uber for no more than 4 bucks, if that. Lastly, the staff remains professional throughout their busy day. This is a wonderful hotel.

10-15 local kids aged 3-18 turned up at the pool suddenly with one older woman. They ran completely unchecked in what was an otherwise lovely and peaceful afternoon, splashing everyone in the pool and the loungers surrounding. They were not guests of the hotel and just walked thru the lobby past staff. Staff were totally useless.

My Little Sisters Birthday Trip
We were greeted by the happiest bellman the directed us to the front desk where we met 2 Laura’s. lol. The Laura that checked us in Tried her best to get us a suite on the same floor which cudnt happen I think the hotel was full. Other than that we had a great stay. I love the safety of of the hotel seeing that I ended up being solo on this trip. The staff at the pool were excellent and exciting to be around. Genesis made THE BEST STRAWBERRY MARGARITAS. But all the staff were very friendly. The location was KEY. We will definitely be back with the kids
