Aug 21, 2025Has everything needed but water pressure
Nice hotel, great breakfast buffet (but get there early to avoid the lines). Nice big towels. Warm pool. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Drinks from the bar were good but definitely SF and Hotel priced (marked up $$$). TV channel surfing was slow, no guide and the TV software was dated (no streaming availability). The water pressure was pretty much non existent (at least on the 4th floor). But the hotel worked for what we needed, a place to rest and recouperate during a family vacation.

Great place to stay, highly recommended. The location is great, breakfast is really good. Line for breakfast can get crazy but they really are efficient and you don't wait long.

Fabulous
Spacious rooms friendly staff lovely abundant breakfast included in price. Great location near to pier 39 Close to Trader Joes, cable car stop and pier 41 for Alcatraz Small heated pool outside with sunbeds We did have some lovely weather so came in useful.

Great Hotel
Hotel was nice, good location, very clean the only thing was breakfast was cold and lines are long to get in.

Aug 20, 2025Ok hotel, if you’re happy to be awake at 5am
Arrived here yesterday, given the right room, as the pictures show it. Our room faces a bus cleaning depot which gets active at 5am. If you value your sleep either make sure your room isn’t facing this or don’t stay here. Constant beeping of reversing vehicles, huge busses rolling over metal, horribly noisy. Wondered why the clerk looked at me warily when he handed over the room number!
