Jan 23, 2026Another great stay in this fab hotel. Highly recommended.
Second visit to this lovely hotel. We had asked for the same room as last time - 2262 over the bridge (gets the steps in) - huge room with two big beds, fridge, safe, good shower with quality toiletries and a comfy sofa area, large balcony terrace with a view over the quiet side pool out to the sea which got the sun all day. Lovely surprise to receive a rose to welcome us back. Nice touch. Anyway, the hotel is spotless, food is plentiful and varied, we never struggled to find something. Two speciality restaurants were really nice, Asian and Canarian which we booked at reception. Drinks were good, lots of choice, Amstel and Cruzcampo lemon on draught then local wines and spirits which were perfectly acceptable. Bottles of water free from the 24 hour lobby bar. Staff were so friendly and very respectful. Shout out to the entertainments gang, the night time shows were excellent, dancers were amazing and they all were really entertaining. We had a brilliant week despite the weather being mixed, we will book up for next year.

Happy Christmas and New Year.
We have been to the Riu Paraiso several times over the years and always enjoy our stays there. However this time we stayed for 28 nights, arriving on the 11th December 2025 and departing on the 8th January 2026. We were allocated a lovely suite (2281) on the quiet side of the hotel which suited us as we had great sea views from our balconies. These dates meant that we celebrated my wife's birthday, Christmas, New Year and the day of the Kings . Throughout our stay we had no complaints about anything, even the food in the all the restaurants was good and never repetitive, providing you take the time to see the offerings from the five food stations in the main buffet restaurant. Though the canarian and asian restaurants serve the same menu each day . (But then so does Mc Donalds) But a once a week visit is a nice change from the buffet. However the highlights of our stay were Christmas and New Year celebrations. Both gala dinners were outstanding and the evening entertainment fantastic. This combined with the fantastic staff across all the hotel departments made our stay special. We will return in the future and if you want an action packed holiday with good food and decent drinks (A lot of them self serve) Go on ignore those that moan and enjoy a week or two at this hotel and what this wonderful island of Lanzarote. has to offer.

Fantastico!
Brilliant hotel. Martin and the other entertainment team members work so hard. But, its so much more. The cleaners, the bar staff, the suited managers, the chefs, the restaurant staff, the pool attendants all hard working and attentive. I also have to mention new friends who we hope to meet again possibly in September but deffo in January 2027. (Booked). Due to dodgy weather we couldnt appreciate the fact that any pool was heated. Anyway, we were in the wrong building - ask for the main building although the Tui reps operate from the other.

Great stay!
Excellent stay at RIU PARDISO Kids club was great -all the staff were excellent but Martin and Meggy were my daughter’s favourite & certainly made her holiday! pools were heated but still a little cold for my 16 month old. Food was excellent - lots of choice. Staff friendly and accommodating for little ones. Hotel is big so if you have littles one ask for ground floor room close to amenities. 4 min drive is Rancho Texas - great day out! 20 min walk along the beach front to further shops and bars / restaurants. I’m sure a taxi wouldn’t be too much. Beach is clean and loungers / umbrellas available. Could not fault the hotel at all. Brilliant stay!

The food and especially the staff were excellent lovely laid out gardens and pools , our only slight issue was that some of the decor could do with some tlc and the bar area is not big enough and some nights there was nowhere to sit
