Magnificent breakfast buffet with great choice of cakes and pastries, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese (brie, tartar, camembert, sliced cheese); hot zone serving scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, bread station with different types of olive oil, cereals; yoghurts, dried fruits and nuts, fruit in syrup, different fruit juices (orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, apple and pineapple), liquid station (skimmed milk, full fat milk, sparkling water, still water).

Excellent location. Metro stations are right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean. All hotel staff was nice and helpful. Especially Azor. Azor was very kind, friendly and very approachable. He went out of his way to get us the transportation we needed and also gave us good directions/recommendations. Great customer service.

Exceptional Service
Exceptional service, thank you Ishara for all the helpful advice, attentiveness and luggage support. In fact, all the staff made us feel welcomed and were considerate of my elderly mother’s wellbeing. The hotel team made our stay in Paris just that little bit more special.

Wonderfully wonderful
Excellent service and very friendly Staff. Very helpful. I will come back anytime in the near future. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. Housekeeping did an excllent job. Overall very, very happy with the service.

Fabulous experience
This is a lovely hotel. The staff is amazing, as are the accommodations. Very clean room and practically soundproof. We couldn't hear any other hotel guests nor any of the nightlife unless the balcony door was open. We found the Premium King room to be spacious (small toilet room), and the shower pressure was impressive. The bath towels were huge and smelled heavenly. I've never experienced hotel towels like these!! Bed was very comfy. The only downside is that there are no drawers to unpack your clothes. We were there for 11 nights and had to live out of suitcase for anything that didn't hang up. The hotel would do its guests a favor to eliminate the armoire with the ironing board and install drawers instead. Also, an additional hook on the back of the bathroom door would be very handy. The breakfast buffet is very nice, but don't include it in your reservation. There are so many cafes close by to eat for much less money. Anything you need can be requested of the staff. We asked for more hangers and a floor fan and were supplied immediately. While the entire staff is an asset to Melia, Ishara was a shining star. He helped us with reservations and suggestions of places to go. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Comfy hotel, EXCELLENT service, AMAZING location, very charming!
Wow! This hotel was so excellent. Honestly Ishara is what made it so special. He helped us plan every day how to get around, provided excellent tips, and was just so charming and sweet. Excellent central location, close to Galeries LaFayettes, Opera hop on and off bus, 15 min walk to Louvre. The room itself was VERY comfy, the bed is just like my very expensive one at home. It doesn't move when the other person gets up. Four very large body pillows provided. Soft and comfy sheets and towels. Not scratchy in any way!! The café and breakfast are not good. Bad coffee and cold sausages. Thats one area they could improve. But who cares when you are surrounded by incredible cafes on all sides!!
