Great, well-located hotel in Paris 75001

What a wonderful hotel! The staff…from the front desk staff to the bellmen to the housekeepers…all were efficient and friendly. Our room was spotless and even had a desk and mini-fridge. The hotel also has a great restaurant with a varied menu and the bar offered small plates plus the usual drinks. The location is perfect for visiting the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. Multiple restaurants are nearby, so meal planning was not difficult. Less than 2 blocks from the hotel is a full-service grocery store for getting fruit or breakfast items or ice cream. We have been coming to Paris for 30 years and this will be our accommodation on our next trip.

    FANTASTIC HOTEL

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Hotel du Louvre. The entire staff was amazing, extremely kind and hospitable. My husband still prefers the rooms at PH Vendome, but I love the fully remodeled rooms at HdL. Also, the location cannot be beat. Metro is literally right outside. I redeemed 155,000 points + one category 1-7 FNA. Day of arrival, we were proactively upgraded to a king deluxe view, room 300. Cash price was $3065. Breakfast buffet was fully covered, nothing to sign. A couple individuals stood out the most during our stay, we even gifted them a little treat from Disneyland Paris. Huge thank you to Laura at the front desk with her assistance in helping my husband’s medical emergency. Also, Benoit who serviced us every morning at breakfast. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing family suite! Views. Fantastic staff.

The corner family suite was dreamy. The kids loved the bunk beds, stuffed animals and le petit prince toiletries. Food at this hotel is amazing starting by breakfast. Room service impeccable and the kids meals right on point for the picky eaters. Our room has two balconies with lovely views of the skyline of Paris. The team really goes the extra mile; always incredible nice and helpful. We checked in super early and went out to explore extra tired and they went above and beyond to deliver our room early which was super appreciated! Not a doubt in my mind we will be back to this hotel next trip! Highly recommend!

    Perfect Paris hotel

Such a wonderful hotel and homebase for our Paris trip. The hotel is in a perfect location. It is a short walk to several attractions including the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame etc. There is a metro stop directly outside of the hotel with the 1 and 7 lines that will quickly bring you anywhere in the city. This was so convenient and made our long days of sightseeing easy. We booked a rate with the breakfast included, which was well worth it and filled us up for a full day of sightseeing.  We were originally put in a room on the top floor, but the ceilings were a bit low. I have a tendency to get a bit claustrophobic, so I spoke with the front desk who was beyond gracious and reassigned us to a room on the 2nd floor. It is wonderful customer service like this that will keep me coming back to Hotel du Louvre!  I will note that the original room did have 2 beautiful balconies and a large bathroom, so would be a great room for some, just depending on preference.  Overall beautiful hotel in a great location with wonderful staff. Will definitely be returning!

    Great but one thing

My wife and I really enjoyed staying except for thing. The bathtub is a zero. It’s a half glass so water gets all over the place. It’s impossible to warm yourself up due to the draft. But worst of all getting out of the tub is difficult and dangerous. My wife tripped trying to get out and only saved her self by grabbing the toilet. I’m 6 4 and tripped getting out too. But overall loved it. Elhadt the doorman was such genuine nice young man. Saved me from tripping down the stairs too. Buffet was great.
