While I entitled my review as " location " presumabley being the most important aspect of the hotel, the hotel has plenty more to offer. It's a lovely place to stay, not stuffy and fairly low-key. My room at the top which faced the Louvre was ethereal. I appreciate both Hyatt and the reception staff for meeting all my requests. The staff is wonderful. I will return.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Highly recommend! Great service and easy walk to restaurants and across from the Louvre. Wonderful cocktail lounge and near many restaurants and cafes. Staff are exceptional and a true luxury feel.

Jun 09, 2025Disappointing meeting room experience
I recently held an offsite high level meeting at the Hyatt. The meeting room we were given, being the Victor room, was by no means suitable for the number of people we had (16 people). The attendees each had to move their chair in every time another attendee wanted to get up it was very crammed. The aircon was not working sufficiently on the first day and the room felt crowded and overheated. Hospitality service on the first day was less than average whereby I had to frequently ask the hospitality team to be on service. We also had an attendee with specific dietary requirements and a separate plate had not been accommodated for them, upon request the Hyatt then proceeded to bring out a plate of lettuce salad as the only option. Very poor experience overall.

Excelent hotel and staff
The hole is strategically located and is just steps from points of interest like the Louvre museum, the Palays Royal and the Tuilieries Garden. The staff is very attentive and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a great hotel experience with them.

Exceptional Hotel
From check in to check out, this hotel hits the mark. Excellent service from all staff, they far exceeded expectations. Wonderful location for shops, attractions, and food. I had communicated arrangement preferences prior to our arrival and the responsiveness was en pointe. The room was immaculate with all the amenities. I recommend to anyone who wants a stress free hotel.
