I arrived at 08:30 on a Monday morning & knew it would be a challenge for my room to be ready. The staff on the front desk first offered me a cabine for a shower & change, but miraculously found a suitable room to check me into! The location if perfect and easy walking to major sites. The breakfast is absolutely delicious! Best ever traveling!! Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to try the Bistro for dinner, but had a really good club sandwich & fries via room service. The staff is gracious and eager to please. I cannot wait for my next visit to Paris and a stay at this hotel!

Surprisingly quiet and excellent stay
Fantastic location with an amazing staff. The hotel is located within steps of the Louvre and a Metro stop. The rooms are large, well maintained and the beds divine. The staff from the moment you enter are friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurant had excellent food from a well appointed breakfast buffet to a higher level dinner menu. Rooms had ac or heat options which were easy to set and worked well. The gym had everything you could need. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Paris and this by far was the best. Will be back!

Beautiful and clean hotel in the 1st
Beautiful and clean hotel. Staff was A++. The hotel is located in the 1st, very close to the Louvre. It is a very busy area, but our room was quiet and we were not bothered by any street noice. The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotless, with friendly and attentive employees.

The staff is fantastic and the interiors are beautiful.
The hotel is lovely. It is brilliantly located and keeps the feeling you are in Paris and makes a great effort to keep the design in the manner of the beautiful architecture. The bar was fantastic and the food in the bar was mouth watering. The braised leeks..WOW! They brought me some of the beat gluten free bread I have ever had. I will return and look forward to it.
